All my pool equipment was dated and not pumping and filtering properly, so I called Pool Tech, spoke with Brian Forget, owner of Pool Tech, who came and assessed everything. As a result, my photographs say it all, awesome attention to detail, excellent work, and now I'm a very very happy satisfied customer, thanks to Pool Tech. I also asked about saltwater pools, and Pool Tech hooked me up with the best of the best saltwater system at an amazingly wonderful fare competitive price. Didn't get to use the service, but communication with Tom, while he made himself available readily,…read morewas difficult. In response to a clean and drain of my disabled mom's hot tub, upon hearing me say that I know how to perform the maintenance as required by the maintenance schedule but that her time in a care facility had resulted in the spa needing a drain/clean, asked me analysis details that i clearly cannot confirm from my physical location 100 miles away as I'm sitting at my desk just off of work because (surprise!) this isn't the only data point I've been keeping with a fragile family member and a data intensive career. He then continued to try to basically talk me away from using his service by reiterating that he has no electronic payment mechanisms (fine, not preferred, but would have worked around), and then that he might not be a fit. Waste of great responsiveness and very frustrating to be expected to singularly memorize alkalinity readings on my mom's hot tub from a month ago. Lol. I just need it drained and the funk cleaned. Is that too much for an overwhelmed woman to ask for for her mom? Two stars for responsiveness. Call left me quite frustrated though (get your cava tea ready for after).

My Ring camera showed he was only there 1x a month for only a few minutes and I was paying him $125. Even my neighbor commented how Dean was in a d out lime a flash. When I got home and opened the pooI, I was left with a mess. I hired Dean to maintain my covered pool while I was away taking care of my elderly mother. After 1.5 years he never cleaned the filters and didn't sweep the pool. Instead of fixing the chlorine tablet dispenser he simply zip tied the tubing and put a mushroom floater in the pool. I could go on. Seemed like a nice guy but this was my experience.

I have in text from Seth saying he is not the owner and can not help me with any issues but on Yelp…read morehe clearly says that he is the owner. Folks watch out for this company. They serviced my pool on two weeks and they billed me for a month of service. The pool cleaning lady came out and did not even have experience with the equipment, cleaning person told me that my salt balance is off and asked her to are you going to adjust the the machine and she said that she does not know how to work it. I texted Seth and he said he does not all employees know how to adjust it and they all do a different job and not all have experience that is all in text. Then how are they going to keep my salt water adjusted properly. They do not send someone else to do it. Also there communication is terrible I texted Seth on few issues like some repair and replace a pump. Did not answer me till a few days after and said that he is sorry and but he is to busy and was not able to get to me. The future with this company would have been a disaster no experience for the employee with machines and equipment and bad communications. Also after two weeks not happy with service Seth says he is sticking me with the one year contract and trying to force me with 1800.00 dollars. Do not sign contract because they can give you terrible service and try to stick you with contract. He threatened me with the lawyer of suing me instead of trying to make matters better. I have all this in text by Seth. Watch out watch out for this company.
