He made thoughtful suggestions throughout to improve the end result while maintaining the footprint of the existing deck that we required as it simplified the HOA approval. I had an extraordinary experience with Jack's Decks! Jack is as thorough, knowledgable, and…read moreprofessional as they come! My fiance and I are THRILLED with our brand new, gorgeous deck! I'll start from the beginning... Jack was right on time for our initial quote appointment (seems rare these days, having dealt with quite a few contractors lately). Jack intently LISTENED (also a rarity with contractors today) to everything we wanted, patiently answered all our questions, gave us valuable tips and suggestions, and was extremely honest about everything. And he didn't try to up-sell us on anything, which I very much appreciate. He made it clear that he wanted to provide us with exactly what we wanted. Jack came back one more time (promptly) to ensure our measurements and our satisfaction with the proposed deck plan. Then he sent the contract, which broke down everything (labor, materials, etc.) in great detail, giving me peace of mind that there would be no "surprises" along the way. The team started working within a week, and they worked for the entire day! Most contractors, from what I've seen, have several projects going on at once, which means that each project takes longer because they're traveling between different jobs. Not this team. The deck was finished quicker than quoted, and it is beautiful! They left no mess at all, and the workmanship is stellar. I am beyond satisfied with the quality of service I received from Jack's Decks. I highly and confidently recommend this company!!

I spoke to many different contractors and deck companies. The person that came out did the most thorough examination of the deck and asked very thoroughly questions. I knew that no matter the quote, I'd prefer to go with this company. Then the quote was so reasonable. They did an excellent job. I was so impressed with their work and the cost. I'd definitely use them again and highly highly recommend them to anyone doing deck repair and/or construction.

Martin was able to get a quote for neighboring fences because he was proactive about measuring their fences without making separate appointments. They handled contacting PG&E to check the ground before they began work. The Super Builders team came on Monday and finished 5 houses worth of fences by Wednesday. They are meticulous yet quick, and extremely professional. Because we were able to bundle multiple fences in one contract, Martin provided us with a better rate than other contractors. Highly recommend Super Builders!

They got out here within a week and worked their tails off to get this done. The crew was very efficient and hauled everything off afterwards. Thank you Super Builders, your product and crew were great!

From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, smooth, and exactly as promised. The crew was outstanding--hardworking, respectful, cooperative, and always willing to answer questions or accommodate requests. They showed up on time, kept the work area organized, and paid close attention to details throughout the project. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. The fence and retaining walls were built with precision and care, and the finished project looks fantastic. It's clear that the team takes pride in their work and strives to deliver a high-quality result. What impressed us most was that they completed the job on schedule and met all expectations without surprises. Good communication, reliable service, and exceptional craftsmanship are hard to find, and Meza's Fence delivered on all three. I highly recommend Meza's Fence to anyone looking for a professional, dependable fencing company. We would gladly hire them again for future projects.

We hired Meza's Fence to install a new gate and repair a section of our fence. Unfortunately, our…read moreexperience was extremely disappointing. We knew they would need to break part of our sidewalk to complete the installation, and we were told it would be repaired professionally. Instead, the concrete was left rough, uneven, and unfinished. The worker didn't even bring a concrete float to smooth the surface, leaving it as a permanent eyesore. Even more concerning, one of the new fence posts isn't actually set into the ground. They appear to have relied on a single post for structural support while the other serves only as a cosmetic piece. That is unacceptable workmanship for a professional fencing contractor. Another newly installed fence post was left with a large mound of exposed concrete around the base. No form was used to create a clean, finished appearance. It looks incomplete and unprofessional. The most frustrating part is what happened afterward. I made numerous phone calls, sent multiple text messages, and provided several photos documenting the issues. Despite all of that, no one returned to correct the work. There was no meaningful follow-up and no effort to stand behind their workmanship. We hired a professional company expecting professional results. Instead, the quality of the work was so poor that we likely would have been better off hiring a handyman for a fraction of the cost. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Meza's Fence. I suggest looking at other companies that take pride in their work and stand behind the services they provide.

The quote was competitively priced. To make myself comfortable, I wrote down the detail of the quote and texted him for confirmation. He confirmed my detail plus stating a 5-year labor warranty, which really closed the deal for me. Because of the impending rain (and cement set for the post), I iterated with him via texts about job date several times. He was patient and gave me confidence that he won't do the work when it rains... I thought we both cared about quality and wanted to minimize re-work. On the job date, his team arrived at 8a with the fence material and completed the work with efficiency. He answered my questions on the completed fence with patience and gave me confidence. I ended up asking him to quote for driveway concrete & breaking down bricks of a flower bed (crack greater than 1/4 inch). Again, he measured and gave me estimates on the spot. (I later texted him with detail to confirm his quote.) He could also do other exterior jobs, which I will definitely keep in mind for future. Overall, great guy and team to work with. I would highly recommend him.

We contracted him to install a new handrail to finish off a full home/floor remodel at my moms house and it is without a doubt the most beautiful piece in the entire home. I did not know a hand rail could be so great! I contacted several contractors to work on the hand rail and Stuart gave me the best quote. He did several visits to help me decide on the design, wood type, and direction that I wanted to go with. He even pointed out several issues/flaws in my stair case that neither I nor my flooring contractor had noticed which I appreciate immensely. Within 10s he noticed that two of my floors were almost an inch in height difference, something I had not realized and I lived in that house my whole life! Stuart worked with my timeline and was able to finish the job in one full day. He is meticulous and has fantastic attention to detail. Extremely high quality work. He said he has over 30 years of experience specifically doing on hard wood stairs and hand rails and it shows. Ignore those negative reviews. He is just a no nonsense, no BS kind of guy. He was straight up and up front with everything he said and I appreciate that. It is the kind of attitude I need from someone working on my house. Would not hesitate to recommend or use his services again in the future.
