I first met Noel when my friend and I went in together for matching tattoos, and he was extremely welcoming. Noel takes time and pride in every piece of his work, no matter how big or small. The shop is also very clean and a comfortable, small environment. I've found Noel to be one of the most, if not the only, artist to make me feel comfortable in such setting, which I have also expressed to him on several occasions. Not only is Noel a friendly guy, but his work is also phenomenal. Since meeting Noel and having him tattoo me, I now know I will be returning to him for all my future pieces. Hands down will recommend Noel- no hesitation.

When I find an artist who does clean work that matches the vision of what I wanted why would I go anywhere else. At Goodspeed, George, Jeremy and Clarissa interact like you are visiting them at home. On my most recent visit I brought my daughter for her first tattoo. Both of us are super happy with how the tattoos came out. Goodspeed is a great little local shop for getting your ink done. Hi, I was tattooed…read moreby Mari. She's incredible. I was in the industry for 11 years. Was married to someone who owned a very prestigious shop in Westchester County, NY. I have been in CT for 4 years. I refused to get tattooed by anyone out here bc I couldn't find anyone good as in NY. But Mari is damn good. What I personally look for in a tattoo is clean lines. That seems like a given but a lot of people either can't do it, or it blows out (expands in your skin). Also I said I would never ever ever in my life get lettering. I am basically covered in what looks like a garden. No lettering. Just no. But, never say never. Not only did I get lettering, but I got it here in Connecticut. And I wish I could have handed her a $100 bill as a tip. Aside from the tattoo and it's quality, Mari made me feel comfortable. She even gave me some candy to double up on the slim chance I would pass out bc it had to go over a bone for a brief minute. Thank you Mari, I really hope I am spelling your name correctly. She goes by @therealsashasmilesz on IG I may or may not choose to post a photo of it bc it is a personal tattoo but just look at her work on IG. She can 100% no doubt, tattoo her butt off. The rest of the people who worked at the shop were also very kind, calm and friendly. Thank you so much "Sara" (from the Bronx)
