Thank goodness for Yelp!…read more My eyebrows needed saving. I have a feeling coming to Robin and only Robin, on a regular basis I will get my brows back to what I want them to be.. full.. not butchered. There are not many options around this area, so I highly suggest spending the extra $10 or so for someone who actually cares to take their time, has talent, and skill with eyebrows. She filled in my eyebrows after waxing them to show me what I could do temporarily, while they grow back in. 5 stars for service, friendliness, & cleanliness

I've been to this salon multiple times over the past few years. Shannon, the owner, had always been…read morenice and cuts hair well. However, she books way in advance so I never can get in with her. The last time I was in, she was at the counter when the hairstylist walked me up to pay. I didn't appreciate a comment she made about how long it had been since I came in last. I know. The last year hasn't been kind to me. It wasn't a neutral comment, it was very accusatory. Self care hasn't been high on my priorities, so I don't find it appropriate to further shame me for it. All that aside, I won't be back after my most recent cut. I told the hairdresser I wanted an angled bob and showed them an inspo picture. I came in with armpit length hair so this shouldn't have been an issue. They glanced at the pic, asked me next to no clarifying questions, and proceeded to give me a chin length lord Farquaad straight bob instead. They also did not provide a mirror to see the back so it wasn't until I got home and could get a good view of the back did I realize just how different it was from what I asked for. I hoped it was the styling, but even after washing and restyling, there's no way around it. This is the second time I've cried over a haircut I've gotten from hairdressers at this salon because they just don't seem to care about what I ask for, they just do whatever they want.
