It smelled nice and everything was clean. The art was tasteful. They sterilized everything and showed us the chemical strip that showed that everything was sterilized. Nicholas was warm and kind and answered all my questions. I was shocked at how painless my septum piercing went; I wanted to add on a service but got scared. They now cancel 1 week before my wedding saying that I treated them badly. I was there with my mother and everyone involved had a great time at the trials. They refused to refund my trial money after canceling w a ridiculous reason leaving me stranded. The owner also refused to claim any responsibility for canceling in such short notice when they supposedly felt this way right after the trial.

I met with both the owner, Christian and the guy who would become my artist, Ricky Waite. I showed them what I was looking to get and booked an appointment for 3-4 weeks later. Long story short, Ricky came up with a design that far exceeded my original expectations. Could not be happier with the result. I will definitely be back. I'm already working on the next design.
