However she was quite cold in demeanor and she just seemed like she couldn't care less about me. She lacked good customer service skills which put me off at first but I didn't mind. The tattooing process was perfect and I loved how it came out. Then she decided to not put anything on the tattoo and wanted me for it to heal naturally. She did this suddenly without any warning and she didn't ask my consent before she did this. She said this is how she tattoos all people who get their first tattoos because that's how she wants them to get used to the healing process. This was very disheartening because I asked the person at the front desk that I wanted Derma-shield or Tegaderm for my tattoo and I did not want it to heal naturally. Clearly the front desk person did not inform Elisha beforehand and this upsetting because as the customer, I have the right to request what I want to do with my body. I wanted this adhesive on me during the healing process because I wanted to be on the safe side and I didn't want my tattoo to get infected. When I asked for Tegaderm to be applied onto my tattoo specifically, she said she would prefer for the tattoo to heal naturally. Then I persisted and asked for the derma-shield and then she relented and applied the derma-shield. Although she didn't wipe down the area properly and there were bits of Vaseline on the tattoo (you never put Vaseline on a tattoo and it's because Vaseline traps bacteria in the wound of the tattoo which increases the likelihood of infection). I left disappointed and upset and I didn't pay attention to the process perfectly because it was my first time tattooed and this all happened very fast. Elisha said I could call her afterwards to ask any questions about the tattoo and I did. I called her for 5 minutes and she answered my questions. I forgot to ask some other questions and I asked them and she then became quite rude. She told me to stop asking so many questions and that it would be fine despite her horribly messing up the Tegaderm application. I really disliked her attitude and her impulsivity, arrogance, coldness, and carelessness ruined the tattooing experience for me. Avoid this tattoo parlor at all costs because this is not the right place for anyone to get a tattoo.

I have been a client for yearssss and I have had the pleasure of being tattooed by many artists there. You are never "Pawned" on a lesser artist. Everyone that works there is Stellar. Jim and Tracey want nothing but the best for their clients. I appreciate that they are willing to let their other artists take on clientele if they can't be fit into their own schedules. They would never force anyone to get a tattoo with someone else, only offer the choice. No matter who you go to there, you will come out with an amazing piece of art. In fact, I'm going again on Wednesday. I will only go to Lucky Soul and I told my kids they can get tattoos but they have to be done there.

PSS 11 years ago when I requested an "in demand artist", I had no problem getting an appointment and I was NEVER pawned off on another artist. This place has such "good" artists (in that they CLAIM they're such good artists) that they think they can treat the customer like cr*p and that we will keep coming back for more. Disgusting. Jazzy was laughing and having a great time with us during the trial, took photos and we even hugged goodbye, I told her she looked like Jessica alba and her make up she had on was great. I never told her anything bad. She confirmed over text below AFTER the trial and then the owner out of the blue canceled a week before my wedding. The owner Allison is out of her mind. Don't give them any money TOTAL SCAM: did my hair and make up trial with them for my wedding everything was great and we even texted for a week after confirming make up and hair options. They now cancel 1 week before my wedding saying that I treated them badly. I was there with my mother and everyone involved had a great time at the trials. They refused to refund my trial money after canceling w a ridiculous reason leaving me stranded. The owner also refused to claim any responsibility for canceling in such short notice when they supposedly felt this way right after the trial.

I first met Noel when my friend and I went in together for matching tattoos, and he was extremely welcoming. Noel takes time and pride in every piece of his work, no matter how big or small. I've found Noel to be one of the most, if not the only, artist to make me feel comfortable in such setting, which I have also expressed to him on several occasions.
