Following the treatments--particularly after the final session--I developed severe cystic acne, widespread inflammation, and ultimately additional pitted scarring, leaving my skin in far worse condition than before. I specifically sought treatment to improve my skin texture, not to end up with more scarring and breakouts. I also do not feel that my skin type or history were properly evaluated before treatment, nor do I believe the aftercare products provided were appropriate for my skin. When I later raised my concerns, I was met with a lack of empathy and professionalism. I was told I would receive a follow-up call, which never happened. During my phone conversation with the office, my concerns were dismissed, and I was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner. Rather than taking accountability, my reaction was attributed to "hormones," despite the timing and circumstances clearly aligning with the treatment and aftercare. After spending approximately $3,000, I was ultimately denied a refund and offered only complimentary facials, which are not an appropriate solution for the pitted scarring and skin damage I experienced. What has been most upsetting is not only the physical outcome, but also the complete lack of compassion, accountability, and customer care in addressing a very serious concern. I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience.

Don't give them any money TOTAL SCAM: did my hair and make up trial with them for my wedding everything was great and we even texted for a week after confirming make up and hair options. They now cancel 1 week before my wedding saying that I treated them badly. I was there with my mother and everyone involved had a great time at the trials. They refused to refund my trial money after canceling w a ridiculous reason leaving me stranded. Danielle took the time to lighten this old ink as much as possible before color correcting it and then re-doing my eyebrows. We ended up going with microblading with some shading since I still wanted to keep a more natural look. My results are pure perfection. Danielle listened to my wants and concerns, and achieved the exact look I was going for. This is SO important to chose an artist who actually cares about the result you are looking for, as my previous artist used a shade I did not want, and did not give me the volume and definition I was looking for. She also went very deep in my skin, making the old ink very hard for us to lift. Please make sure you do your research when choosing your permanent makeup artist.
