I was completely ecstatic with the outcome. I will definitely go back to him for my next piece super great experience. the tattoo healed up great I followed the proper after care regimen. I had to take them out for an MRI and can't get them back in because I have paralysis in my thumbs and arthritis in my hands. I called to see if they could exchange them for the type I wanted because I can't use these and he got very defensive. He kept telling me he has a client with 4 fingers and only one hand so my disability shouldn't be a problem. If he can overcome his then surely I should overcome mine, he insisted. I felt like I was talking to a child. There was no apology for the miscommunication, no offer to try to reorder them or take them back or even issue some kind of credit. He just kept blaming me, saying I should have asked when I came in wearing butterflies and having no idea these others existed. The bottom line: They don't take an ounce of responsibility for anything and are incredibly rude to someone who spent hundreds of dollars on something she can't use. Telling me I am wrong about my disability and insisting I can pay them to teach me to do it was the icing on the cake. You don't tell a disabled person that their disability isn't real and they can do something they can't if they really wanted to. I would rather pierce my own ear with a rusty nail than set foot in this scam of a place again.

My piercer was named Robyn and she was super personable, and made sure that I was relaxed. I was greeted by their piercer, Oz who was very patient explaining the paperwork thoroughly. They helped me select jewelry and explained the different metals and prices on everything. Jay, the owner, was the one to pierce me. His piercing shop is the cleanest one I've ever seen. My body rejected in the same place prior to seeking out Elegance and a month later the new one is healed with out the issues like I've had with other piercing studios. Jay was thorough in explaining after care for all three piercings and I even got a goodie bag at the end. My boyfriend and I will be going back for all of our piercings in the future!

In July me and my friend both went to this piercer due to the good reviews. One of our appointments…read morewas for 6pm and the piercer didn't show up until 5:55 PM and sat in her car until literally one minute before the appointment. We gave her the benefit of the doubt of course, something could have happened out of her control. When she finally unlocked her doors and let us in, we said hello several times and were fully ignored. She began the appointment with an uncomfortable conversation about intercourse and then stated "i love having uncomfortable conversations". While personally i just came for a pricing and not to purposefully and gleefully be put in an uncomfortable situation. I was getting my left eyebrow pierced, i already have my left eyebrow and many other piercings. She put a short bar eyebrow piercing that gives no room for swelling at all. Unfortunately it is now infected and it's certainly not to due with keeping it clean, i'm very diligent with that. Unfortunately the jewelry is just not what one should be pierced with. She said she had 16 years of experience, so you would think she would know what she's doing. I would usually reach out to the service provider or piercer in this situation. But she was completely unprofessional,made me uncomfortable on purpose, and incorrectly pierced me, so I don't feel comfortable or safe going to her for any reason again. My friends appointment was booked as a piercing as she wanted her tongue priced. fortunately, her 16 years of experience came in handy this time figuring out her anatomy didn't support the piercing. so instead, she chose to change the bar to her nose piercing. but still got charged for a whole new piercing ($120). unfortunately, if you're looking for a piercer, I wouldn't recommend. down below will include the exact piercing. She pierced me with and pus coming out of it because it's incorrect for an initial piercing.
