I stopped in recently to ask a few questions about setting up an appointment, and I've never experienced customer service that bad in my life. Whoever they have working the front was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I honestly couldn't even tell if it was a man or woman, but whoever that person is, they're ruining what used to be a solid, reputable shop. I won't be returning ever.

I was completely ecstatic with the outcome. I will definitely go back to him for my next piece super great experience. the tattoo healed up great I followed the proper after care regimen.
