They provided us with incorrect information, misstated money, gave the wrong interest rate, wrong monthly payment, failed to advise of a tax bill etc. Upon complaining, we received a nasty email from management defending their unethical and deceiving practices. We spoke with other people in the community who had similar problems and experienced the same lack of concern from Ryan and NVR. Save yourself time, money and aggravation, find another builder!

Totally unprofessionally done and quite possibly could have caused a fire!! I wonder now if it was even up to code to do what you did. I'll never know, I guess. Ryan homes must have ran out of cord and decided to jury rig it. Instead of putting in a long enough cord so it would be flushed to the wall, so the new appliance could be pushed back, they took it upon themselves to drill a hole in the middle of my brand new hardwood floor and run a very short cord in a receptacle of some sort to make it work. I never gave them permission to do this and ruin my floor, but I guess they figured since the appliances were already installed when I moved in, I'd never know. Shame on you!! Totally reckless and dangerous!! And, to add insult to injury I had to incur the added expense of getting an electrician in to repair the damage that you caused and bring it up to code so my new dishwasher could be installed properly. I will never recommend you to anyone looking to build a new house. Your company, in my opinion, cut too many corners to get a job done.
