I then call them back at 4:22PM and this lady picks up and I explain the situation, she looks up my address and hangs up??????? Then she keep saying "I didn't call you I didn't call you, it's probably my coworker that called you" I then told her "So someone from your company did call me" After exchanging more words, I told her to stop giving me attitude and this is poor customer service.
