Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. We see them 2x a year for service and each service is scheduled about 30 days in advance by their friendly office staff. They're always punctual come appointment time which I really appreciate. When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing.
