They were at my house within a half hour to inspect the unit and everything was installed by 3pm. When you live in South Philly, you know that hiring for home services can be challenging if someone isn't familiar with how to navigate tight spaces. It always stresses me out. My house is small and narrow and my water heater is in the most inconvenient spot. They were so kind, knew exactly how to get that water heater through my doorway with only an inch gap and installed it behind all sorts of pipes (see pic!). I don't think it could have been less stressful. Not only was the process smooth, but they really cared about making sure everything was working as safely as possible and explained it all. Considering how complicated the job was, the price was great. I called them because of a recommendation from a friend, and it was the best recommendation I've gotten.

The pricing was fair and my wife and I had a trustworthy feeling when talking to and meeting with Phil. His team was able to MINIMALLY excavate the yard and tunnel the pipe under the street to the water main, saving us a ton of time and money. We would recommend him and his team to anyone for any job, big or small. Very satisfied with the customer service and how the job was handled, as well as the honest pricing and craftsmanship of the work they did. They even kept the house clean, which is big considering how dirty the job was in 95 degree heat. Highly recommend.

We were thrilled that it was a quick turnaround at such a good price.

I even ordered the wrong size, and when I struggled to nail down a day that worked, he was so patient and understanding about the whole situation. He takes pride in making sure the plumbing is properly serviced and that you feel taken care of throughout the process. It's hard to find people who are not only great at what they do but also genuinely kind and considerate. Kevin is exactly that. I'll absolutely be using VinKo Plumbing moving forward for both of my properties in Philadelphia. Highly recommend!

They got the pipes cleared out quickly and thoroughly, and charged a very low price. We have had a plumber for years but over time the company has become unreliable. You never know what someone will do when confronted with a trans person. Kevin and crew were respectful and kind, didn't try to price gouge, and were friendly! I just can't say enough good about Kevin and VinKo plumbing.

We have a sewage ejector pump but everything was working (pump was pumping). It's just that sometimes the drains would smell terrible and it pervaded the entire basement. Other times everything would be completely normal. After finally being convinced by my wife to call a plumber we reached out for competitive bids via Yelp. Joe at All Drains wrote back almost immediately and was at my house to diagnose the problem within a couple of hours. On a Saturday. (Note, this was not an emergency... we'd had the issue for months now) When he came out, I loved how methodical he was. He explained everything he was doing and how it was helping to identify or eliminate possible causes. Eventually we figured out it was a venting issue and installing a couple air admittance valves should do the trick. He came out first thing on the next business day after buying the parts and got everything hooked up. Very professional, kept a clean workspace and both diagnosed and solved a mystery problem that had been plaguing us for the better part of a year. Was also very upfront on pricing and even offered a discount at the end. Would definitely call again.
