He was supposed to arrive today at 9:30 AM. He never showed up. I texted him several times, tried calling, and got nothing. He never responded to my texts. I accepted his job order, we had the job schedule last week and he texted me that he had to reschedule. So we rescheduled for Wednesday 10/15 and he doesn't show. I saw other reviews that he had done the same thing! I should have realized this guy is unreliable!! Never Again!!

STAY AWAY! Do not work with this business. They are irresponsible and not trustworthy. Bobby called…read moreme to set up time for my faucet install. We confirmed a time for the next day. He was late and when contacted gave me an alternate time. Well. This happened for two consecutive days straight. I wasted my entire weekend waiting for them to show up. Multiple texts assuring me he would come and after calling with no answer I was ghosted. If this is how they treat a customer, I am shocked they are still in business. If you use them and have an issue after they do work, don't expect a call back. Absolutely appalling and horrible. I was given multiple excuses for not coming to the job and of course being ghosted as a final F you.

I had attempted to replace a garbage disposal, but had an issue with a pipe falling apart. I emailed Rick after 9pm that night, and he responded to my email by calling before 8am the next morning. On the phone call, Rick clearly explained the work to be completed. Rick made the service call himself early in the afternoon, and resolved my issues quickly. He was able to access our crawl space, and navigate his way down there to running a new pipe for my kitchen sink. He installed the Garbage disposal, and cleared the clogged sink drain. The work was performed professionally, quickly.. and priced reasonably. The bill clearly listed all work performed, and detailed pricing. I will certainly use Rick Lucas Plumbing in the future, and I would strongly recommend giving him a call for your Plumbing needs.

The Yelp representative (Kelly?) had replied to my inquiry regarding the availability of a plumber and said one was available the same day to come out & provide a free estimate . I agreed & Christian Plumbing called & said a technician would come @ 3:30 PM. Talk about "bait & switch", this was the worst scam ever.
