I called Kevin because our laundry room sink was terribly clogged. To my surprise, Kevin had a sudden opening and he came right out within 15 minutes! They got the pipes cleared out quickly and thoroughly, and charged a very low price. We have had a plumber for years but over time the company has become unreliable. We are very happy to have found ourselves a new plumber! Now for the best part: my wife is transgender and if I'm not home, home service can be frightening and fraught. Even if we only had a small job, Kevin came out the next day and took care of it. It was just washer hose replacement, but we wanted to make sure it was done professionally, after all. Our hot water heater busted late in the afternoon, so by the time I started asking around for quotes, it was after business hours. Kevin responded quickly (within an hour-ish?), gave me a quote right away, and answered all my questions. (and I had a lot of questions!) His quote was very reasonable---and, it stayed consistent. The price he quoted was the price I paid. When I asked him to check on a warranty thing, he said he'd call the supplier in the morning, which he did. This might seem like a small thing, but he was the only one who responded to my late night message with, "I'll verify this," instead of trying to hurry me into a decision. This next part seems pretty basic? But I promise it's not. *He actually answered messages consistently, and showed up when he said he would.* OK?? I received such such great customer service from Kevin! We had a surprise water heater break and Kevin was sooooo responsive on a Sunday afternoon of all times!! He was never pushy and provided a number of options to accommodate us, either for an immediate install or to wait the next day to have the same tank brand we currently had installed, as was our preference.
