This is an update in Response to Mr. Roman's response to my last update…read more Thank you for mentioning that one of your customers actually took you to court. I will let the readers of yelp decide on their own what that means. Also thank you for posting the link to access the courthouse record. That was brave and helpful. In my opinion, the person who took you to court must have been very upset to take you to court. People don't go through that kind of trouble and expense or no reason, in my opinion. Because you so kindly provided the court information. I did review the public court records, however, there are no details that you mentioned listed in the court records. The full court record I accessed simply states the the complainants reasons and the conclusion of the case. There were no details at all included in the record. No comments such as the ones you mention were documented in the record, only the outcome. BTW: Losing a court case can happen for lots of reasons. It doesn't mean the complaint was not valid. It can simply mean the small claims court complainant had a lousy lawyer. Or, since it was lower court, some people don't hire an attorney and if the person suing is not a lawyer perhaps they could not prepare their case properly. But that court case, that you so kindly linked to, can help another consumer win their case, if their complaint about you is similar. It shows a pattern. As for defamation and libel and slander, perhaps you need to school yourself on what they actually mean, lest you yourself end up in court for libel.

I used my home owner's warranty to utilize Grade A plumbing services, and it was a pleasant and…read moreefficient experience. I had a leaking faucet, a low water pressure faucet, and a laundry room tub that was overflowing for at least 6 months. Scheduling was prompt. Larry, my plumber, arrived on time and fixed 2 of the three issues in about an hour. The third issue warranted the ordering of a part, which was received within a short period of time. Larry quickly identified that the part was faulty, reordered it, and came back quickly after the holidays to replace it. All fixes were explained, and there were no extra hidden costs. As a homeowner, sometimes finding trustworthy contractors/businesses can be risky, but Grade A plumbing came through and did the work I needed when I needed it with no issues. I recommend using them for plumbing needs.

Horrible Customer service. Stay far away…read more I would not have went with this trash company if it wasn't for American Home services referring us to this company. It was so hard to make an appointment since they never answer their call nor give a call back when asked. After calling multiple times, we were finally able to make an appointment for Friday. Today at 3:46PM someone from grade A plumbing give me a call and introduce themselves then hung up. I called back, no answer so I left a voicemail. I then call them back at 4:22PM and this lady picks up and I explain the situation, she looks up my address and hangs up??????? I call back and ask them not to hang up on me again then the lady gets super defensive and says she never called me??? I said you just called me and I need to know why. Then she keep saying "I didn't call you I didn't call you, it's probably my coworker that called you" I then told her "So someone from your company did call me" After exchanging more words, I told her to stop giving me attitude and this is poor customer service. She said again no one called me and I am attacking her for no reason??? Then finally admitted that they probably called my accident. NEWSFLASH how am I suppose to know that you called me by accident? For all I know I thought your calling to confirm or cancel my appointment. Also how am I suppose to know that there are multiple people working in their office? I attached my phone record so it PROVES that this place did call me that I am not attacking them. GRADE A PLUMBING, TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. ---------------------------------------------------- I am on the phone with AHS trying to get a different vendor and Grade A Plumbing just called and left a voicemail asking for a call back?! I am not falling for that again.

Our only regret in hiring John Brady with Brady Property Services is that we didn't find and hire…read morehim sooner. John gave us a competitive estimate in mid-2022 to renovate a hallway and half bath - a project delayed by budgets and the pandemic for about 4+ years. We set a start date of early January 2023 and John began his work. We found John and his colleague to be extremely professional, prompt and thoughtful in their work. What's more - John asked questions and verified details with us as he went. There was no assuming what we might want, and he offered helpful ideas and recommendations. Working in a fairly tight space, John and his colleague were respectful of the fact that I work from home and, although construction noise is unavoidable when tearing down walls and what have you, they were not intrusive or blasting loud music as they worked. I sincerely appreciated their professional manner and dress because my mother lives with us and I am keenly aware of how strangers in the house might make her feel uncomfortable. They were so polite and respectful of her and my family. That cannot be said of all contractors. Now, the work quality: I'd rate it excellent or better. John took great care to ensure the quality of the work and materials would meet or exceed our expectations. He even found a better solution for some cabinets for us that matched the style we wanted without impacting the budget. The drywall work was excellent. He managed to match and/or mirror some intricate moldings to exactly what we hoped for. John also stayed late once or twice because he wanted to make sure the quality of the work was also up to his high standards. Prior to hiring John, we had another company work on a basement renovation. The comparison was like night and day. The company handling the basement took too long, cost too much and the quality of both the work and the workers was not good. Brady Property Services was a study in contrasts with John's work completed in a timely manner, staying within a reasonable budget and producing outstanding quality in the work itself. We have more projects to complete, and John will now be our first call for all of them. I highly recommend him.
