I know what my floors feel like when freshly mopped, they were not mopped. I asked them what they…read moredid to mop she showed me a 4x4 rag. I told her I wanted it mopped with a mop - they didn't have one! I gave them mine and told them I wanted my floors wet. They hardly dipped it in water so I knew I would have to remop when they left. They also wore shoes in the house the whole time. I don't even wear shoes in my house it's filthy! I remopped my downstairs alone and this was the color of the bucket when I was done - BLACK. Easy to say I will not be using them again. So disappointing Responding to the owners response - the team did NOT clean it three times that you claim. They wiped over it once if that with a 4x4 rag. My mop was not filthy so making false accusations wouldn't be ethical. We have cameras if you'd like to review them let me know I can post them on here ;)

I paid $350 for a standard cleaning on March 31st and left a $61 tip. In total, I paid $411 for the…read moreservice. I was given a checklist of what the standard cleaning included. However, several items were not done or were only halfway done. The apartment was completely empty when she arrived, so there were no obstacles to a thorough cleaning. She sent photos of the stove and bathtub, but after moving in, I found: * Debris and bugs along the baseboards, showing the floors weren't properly vacuumed. * Mold in the shower, which should have been noticed with a proper cleaning. * Dusting wasn't completed, even though dusting high and low was on the checklist. She said she wouldn't dust because she was injured and didn't want her team member to handle it. If she wasn't able to complete the service fully, she should have rescheduled rather than charging full price. When I requested a partial refund, she declined, saying she had to wait an hour before entry and another 30 minutes afterward. With the time lost, was that the punishment for not properly cleaning my home? She did offer to come back for a retouch, but at this point, I did not want her energy in my home again. If she would have cleaned correctly the first time, there wouldn't be a need to come back for a retouch. Her response to my complaint came at 1:52 am, which felt unprofessional, and she took no accountability. Though she was highly recommended by a friend, I was highly disappointed. I do not recommend this service based on my experience.
