I was very accommodating, offering them many different times. Once we agreed on a time and it came to the day, I built my day around them only to have them cancel at the last minute. They left me with a filthy house (I waited weeks, remember) before guests were to arrive. I was mortified at how a loyal customer who accommodated them over the course of 3 weeks was not at all made a priority. There were no apologies for pushing me around for weeks, in fact there was one text full of disdain about how overworked they are. The best cleaning can't make up for this last incident. I told them that if they were bonded & insured I would give them keys for them to clean while I was at work. were you smart enough to read the particulars of the reviews before you believed the 4.5 stars? i hope so! i wish i had! all the negative reviews here are right on, in terms of my experience. when these cleaners show up they are for the most part conscientious and bring all their own materials, which is a big plus on this area. however, when they bail, they never call. in fact, they clearly stop taking calls. it's like 'we skipped out on you, now we will not answer your calls'. i have a secret suspicion that you if drop major bills on them, you enter some kind of favored nation status where they will show up regularly. but hey, even if you want to enter this status, you have to try them out. and have a 50% change of completely getting screwed. i've had a lot better luck with another cleaner without these complaints. read more
