I love the Daily. They have really good coffee here, even black it is high quality. They also make excellent specialty drinks with the coffee. We got the tofu protein bowl and tomato Sammy. Both were full of flavor and healthy. The bun on the Sammy was soft and sweet. Service is always on point. I love coming here for a healthy good meal.
All the good reviews of The Daily have all been true! This is a cute little spot located next to a small parking lot with a simple but packed menu. What I mean by that is the menu items aren't anything crazy, but the flavors and presentation are. I ordered the avocado toast and added bacon and my friend ordered the feta toast. They were so good and filling! The matcha was a bit bland on its own so I ordered a side of natural honey and that did the trick. The lavender drink is one of the best. Overall the prices are great, seating is limited, and it's a 10/10!
Delicious spot with a parking lot!! There are many great breakfast and lunch spots in the city and this should be at the top of your list. Fresh, delicious, flavor packed breakfast and lunch items with excellent cold brew and iced lattes! We did the 3 egg burrito and the breakfast burrito and they were both bombs of flavor in each bite. The cold brew is delicious and a great pick me up and the classic iced latte with their homemade vanilla bean syrup made me happy with each sip. It can get busy in there but they have a decent amount of seating and by the time you order spots will likely open up to sit or you can take it to go. I also love the parking lot because that's hard to come by in the city. We will definitely come back to this spot next time we are in town!
I just dropped in for a to-go coffee order. The shop is small, but there is a nice amount of outdoor seating. It can get a little stuffy and packed when there is a rush. It took no time for our coffees to come out, which were pretty good. They don't have any whipped cream but were able to give me espresso foam which added a nice touch to my iced coffee. I would come back again to try some food options.
Stopped in for breakfast and ordered the avocado toast, which was actually pretty decent--fresh, tasty, and nicely prepared. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the food. My order was ready and sitting at the pickup counter, but the server forgot to bring it to the table, so I ended up grabbing it myself. Overall, good food but the experience could've been much better with a little more attention from the staff.
You must try The Daily! It is a laidback and casual "order at the counter" spot, with a friendly staff, serving bites deserving of five stars. I've been a few times now, sampled some of the menu items, and never been disappointed. Most recently, I tried the breakfast burrito and paired it with an iced vanilla latte and WOW! First of all, one of the best tortillas I've ever tasted and every bite was packed with more flavor than I could've predicted. Perfect scrambled eggs paired with potatoes, salsa verde, and pickled onions all so fresh and delicious. Also this is a sturdy breakfast burrito it didn't fall apart at all 10/10. I also could not recommend anything more highly than the whipped feta toast! Not something I would typically gravitate toward, but it's something you can't miss... pretty much the perfect brunch plate. If you're in the area (or even if you're not!) be sure to stop in, it can get a little crowded around peak weekend hours, but it's never too hard to grab a table! Also, they have wonderful outside seating if the weather is nice!
An easy place to stop for a hot beverage and a sweet bite! We tried their house-made brown sugar latte and dirty golden latte, both of which were well-balanced. Then once I saw the pastries on display, I couldn't leave without the raspberry pop tart. It was crispy, buttery, a little sweet and tart. Yum! The servers were really nice and our coffees came out quickly. It's a small place, so I'm sure it can get busy quickly, but there's outdoor seating as well. It was really nice that they have a small parking lot so you didn't have to find space on the street too.
Came here with some friends on Saturday morning and it was crazy busy and the staff seemed stressed out, however everything came out rather efficiently and everyone was in pretty high spirits, so pat on the back for that! I got the turmeric golden milk latte for my coffee and it was delicious! I also got the avocado bowl which was perfectly proportioned and a great light meal full of flavor. The bread stood out to me as it was fluffy with a crunchy exterior. With all the hustle and bustle it was still a great experience. read more
I went for a quick lunch today. There were a lot of young people in line to order but the line was moving pretty quick. I chose chicken shaurma bowl. And black coffee. Both were ok. The portion is pretty small. Pita would benefit from being toasted. Of at least being warm. For the money I am nog sure if it is worth to come back. read more

We stayed on King Street for spring break and absolutely loved this place! We all had iced coffee's, which were delicious, but came back for the whipped feta toast! It's truly amazing! I can't wait to come back on our next trip! read more

Top tier cold brew, quiet location just down the street from popular king street shopping. Sourdough toast was great, we got it topped with avocado and scrambled eggs which were both good! Staff was friendly and operation was smooth, highly recommended going out of the way for! read more

Absolutely obsessed with this place! Found it on a whim as it's a bit off the main roads and wow did it not disappoint. Service was quick- you order at the counter and they bring out your order. Indoor/outdoor seating available. Food was delicious!! My bowl was so tasty and fresh. Portions were generous. read more
Small cute cozy place, perfect for a quick coffee and breakfast. There's also large booth tables if you have a bigger party. The latte was presented beautifully and tasty. The breakfast sandwich was delicious, served with hot fluffy scrambled eggs. Everything was so good, while sitting on the high chair stools looking outside. It was a vibe. I love coming here and having a good cup of coffee and a bite to eat. I love the simple menu with fresh ingredients. I normally get egg on toast but I wanted to try their BLT today and it was delicious. The bacon is prepared perfectly for a sandwich, just the right amount t of crisp. The sourdough they use for their menu items is delicious and a great sourdough flavor. The tomatoes were full of flavor and have a great texture. Overall a great sandwich. This is a great spot to stop in and they have a small parking lot which is very convenient. They have an outdoor patio and seating inside and usually there's always somewhere to land. I had a delicious breakfast sandwich and coffee here on the way out of town. I stopped in on Monday around 11am. It was pretty busy but I luckily got a spot at the counter after ordering. I Ordered the bacon egg cheese sandwich and the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake latte. The drink came out first followed shortly after by the food. The latte was basically liquid pumpkin cheesecake, and had a generous serving of whipped cream which is my weakness! The sandwich came with some grilled onions and a delicious chunky cheese spread. I do wish the sesame bun had been toasted just a bit more. But all in all, I enjoyed the sips and the sandwich. It's a small but cozy space with communal seating and a counter against the front entrance. A little pricy - $8 for the coffee (small) and $9 for the sandwich, but I don't mind splurging on a treat every now and then. There's decent parking available in the lot and on the street too. read more
Not sure why this small 12 oz latte is 8$. Is it expensive, yes? Do I need it? No, will I still get it again and again ? YES! I cannot tell you how they make this thing taste so good but I have tried to re create it at home and it just tastes better when it's 8$. They have such unique flavors for their machas and lattes. We had a second brunch at The Daily. The ordering line was kinda long but we were able to save some seats. The place was pretty radiant with indoor and outdoor seating but this particular day was cold so most people opted to sit inside. Love the potted plants on the wall shelf, made the room looks pretty cozy. We ordered : 1. Whipped feta toast made with fresh baked sourdough top with whipped feta, drizzled with local honey, chives, and cracked black pepper 2. Breakfast sandwich that was so good with bacon, egg, smoked onion jam and pimento cheese and it tasted so good. 3. Spring-ish veggies hash was perfect meal for me with romesco sauce, roasted carrots, mushroom, and bok choy, kale, and over easy egg....so so good. The food came in fair amount of time and someone made sure we had our cups of water filled and our empty plates cleared up. I really like this place and will be back to try out their coffees. read more

Ordered carry out so used the kiosk, simple to use. Parking was easy to find. The food was so yummy! I ordered the avocado toast and added over hard egg. My husband got the breakfast burrito, J nearly ate half of it - was very good. Needed some hot sauce or ketchup but we probably missed where that was. Ordered drinks - figgin latte and hot chocolate, wasn't the biggest fan. I was excited for coffee but might have ordered the wrong thing. read more

This is definitely a local spot. I like that you can grab a coffee and some grocery items such as eggs and kombucha. The coffee is fantastic and the seasonal latte flavors are amazing. I had a breakfast sausage sandwich on GF bread. Happy to have this option. It was delicious, I loved the pimento cheese. The space is small but there is also outdoor seating. It's branded as The Daily by Butcher and Bee, despite the fact that the actual B&B closed. The similarity is apparent though, as this place offers cafe fare with a Middle Eastern sensibility and ample, clearly labeled options for the common special dietary needs. It is a small place inside so I found seating outdoors despite it being a bit chilly. An elusively flavored chai warmed me up, but I was really there because I wanted a salad for breakfast, and this delivered. The shredded collard greens are not a common salad base, but the flavor combination totally worked with cherries and parmesan, and I was quite pleased with my choice, despite having pondered other options for a bit. I hope that Butcher and Bee comes back (I never made it to the Nashville one, which I think still exists), but regardless, the culinary sensibilities of the people behind this brand are laudable for those of us who want an excuse to eat more salads for breakfast. read more

I have no idea why it took me so long to try The Daily. I ate outside, but the inside is adorable. There wasn't really a line on a Friday at lunchtime. I ordered their Fall-ish Grain Bowl with chicken and I haven't stopped thinking about it!!!! I can't wait to have it again. The chicken was so well spiced, crispy, and tender. It was cut up into small chunks for some reason, which I've never done before, and it was incredible. It was seasoned so well and had so many different textures which is the most important thing to me. The bowl overall is spicy, savory, and sweet. Also, gorgeous and photogenic. I'm looking forward to going back soon. read more

Yum! How can something so simple taste so fantastic. The scrambled eggs were incredibly fluffy and the crunch on the sourdough was perfect. Not a ton of seating inside but there is a patio. Definitely come early as it gets busy. The wait for food isn't too long either. read more
