We had a few very weird occurrences happen throughout the night, most notably in the attic and basement, both of which gave off insanely heavy vibes. The staff is amazing as is the old mansion itself, which has been through a myriad of architectural changes throughout the decades. We will definitely be back for a day tour! I purchased the tickets ahead which was pricey but overall worth it! The tickets included admittance to the three attractions which were the haunted house, hayride and the corn maze. My fav was the corn maze, the actors did a good job with jumping out at random moments. I definetly got a good scare or two lol! My only gripe was the long lines, each attraction took about 40 minutes to enter due to the long lines. At the end we got cinnamon sugar donuts which were hot and delicious!

Super scary houses, my 11 year old and her friend did them with my wife but we kept my 8-yr old out of them (a little too much for him, we did paintball instead!). They were definitely scared, my wife however said the workers did adjust their level of "scariness" after seeing younger kids as to not completely terrify them. The house has so many different elements and "zones", it isn't a quick walk through. Each room has a scary feature be it a person, or simulation. The last phase of the house is dedicated to clowns, and boy are they dedicated!!! The barn- oh my goodness! That was so fun, and scary! You're chased with a chainsaw, haunted by dolls, and the girl from the ring. Characters stay in character, and provide the right level of fright! Paintball hay ride (zombie).... absolute blast! My 8 yr old and I did this three times!! He had so much fun, we got tons of paintballs, they play music and zombies walk all around open fields, hide in spots etc. This was a great age appropriate event for the younger ones not able to do house or barn event. It wasn't terrifying, but more entertaining. Scary folks running around... they have folks running around w/ chainsaws, penny wise, and other current horror film characters just walking around. Lots of places for pics/selfies for the millennials. Big thanks to Missy (owner) and Maggie. They were super friendly to my family after they discovered how far we drove (specifically for paintball zombie ride). This is a family/friend affair and the staff does in fact make sure they don't "over-scare" little ones. We had a blast and will definitely be back. We drove two hours and spent nearly 3.5 hrs there. We will definitely return!

I felt the price point of $40 for all four haunts was very reasonable for what you get. Give or take about two hours to do the hayride and three haunts. We went on a Thursday night so lines were quickly moving and we didn't wait long in between attractions. They have concession stands at the end. The only downside is if you do have to wait a while in line, it takes a few attractions to get back to a bathroom, so be prepared to go before you get on the hayride. You can tell they put their all into decorating and hiring actors who really know how to perform and scare! I'll be back next year!

I've been here twice - once about 15 years ago, and again last night on an absolutely perfect fall…read morenight with my 11-year-old son. It was a blast! After taxes and fees, tickets for a 7:00 time slot on Friday were $49 apiece. Definitely expensive, but I felt we easily got our money's worth. It's in the middle of nowhere south of Mullica Hill. We got there around 6:40 and parking was easy with floodlights in the lot and many signs and attendants guiding cars. There are four different attractions included in the ticket. It starts with a hayride, then onto three different areas that you walk through. Each area is an absolute assault on the senses: loud music and sound effects, actors jump scaring you, running at you screaming with chainsaws, flashing lights and bursts of fire everywhere. Definitely fun but not for the faint of heart. Everything here is truly next level from the costumes and makeup on the actors, to the pyro technics, to the hundreds of animatronics, and the overall attention to detail in the set designs. Afterwards they have campfires to sit by and lots of food for purchase. It was really nice to sit and just people watch and enjoy the atmosphere. Just an all around classic South Jersey Halloween experience that everyone should try at least once. If haunted attractions are your thing, you definitely need to try this one.

OMG, was this ever a blast! Basically you walk through a couple rooms which are setup like a house. I don't want to give too much away because it would ruin the fun. However, I will say that you get a laser gun, which you are supposed to kill Zombies with. Some of those zombies are mannequins and some are people with zombie make-up who will scare the hell out of you. There are also wall cutouts and floorboards that aren't real, so the entire thing is one wonderfully scary experience after another. I went with 4 girls and my husband. So there was a lot of screaming, but a good time was had by all. For $10, it was totally worth it.

I visited Fright Factory this year on the final Saturday (the busiest night)…read morebefore Halloween and it is well worth the money, especially when you can go alone or at most a group of two. The scare actors timed their approaches perfectly and scared the living !@#$%^&* out of me more than ten times. I was scared out of my mind at one point and thought about leaving, but I had to continue because, well, I paid for a VIP ticket! At one point, I could not see in front of me and I felt so discombobulated that I wanted to sit and calm myself down. Right after I left the haunt, I felt really nauseous. That's how scary this was. This haunt is THE BEST HAUNT IN PHILLY 2025. Eastern State Penitentiary was good. Lincoln Mill was better. But this haunt... jeez, it's on another level. Nobody's paying me to say any of this. I like going to places without someone else swaying my opinion. The scenes are really good and well thought out. Lincoln Mill tried copying one of the scenes at Fright Factory but it pales by comparison to Fright Factory. You will be scared out of your mind when the monster approaches you in it. Big props to the creepy clowns. They make Art the Clown look normal by comparison. One clown in particular had this way of approaching me that was hella creepy. I was freaked out! I timed this haunt on my smart watch at 25 minutes from start to finish. It is described as three parts/acts/sections according to their web site and other reviews. There's more to it than just thinking about the haunt as sections. If you submerge yourself into any one room for too long, you will see, as I did, how scary that could be. I was hightailing it out of certain areas as fast as I could as the monsters chased after me, sometimes for long corridors before they let up. You're looking at a much longer haunt stepwise than most other haunts. According to my smart watch, I experienced almost 4 minutes of 127+ bpm heart rate (that's super high intensity), about 11.5 minutes of 99-127 bpm heart rate (high intensity), and 11 minutes of 71-99 bpm moderate intensity. I'm an elite level athlete (#6 in the world in yoga asana competition), so your experience may differ. If you suffer from any heart or breathing conditions, be sure to get that all well-maintained before you enter this scary haunt.

Having worked on a haunted hayride for many years it takes a lot for be to bat an eye at these attractions. The actors at this space truly seemed to be enjoying themselves and I got a lot of laughs at some of the unique scares. The other group in front of us were scared out of their minds and would often lag or run in front of us and despite that I felt that the team at fright factory did a pretty good job at managing the crowds and making sure there was a good experience. It was a ton of fun. We had VIP tickets and arrived right before they opened. Everything is very organized and all staff is so courteous. Given we arrived early and had VIP status, we didn't wait for anything. I thought the price was well worth being entertained for a few hours. There are four attractions now. We started at the catacombs. There is also the tunnels, the morgue, and the asylum. It was a super tense experience. The actor interactions were great. There are a lot of surprise animatronics as well. Each attraction was the perfect length in my opinion. Not stingy and short but also not too long. At the end you are let out into a neat Pumpkin Patch that is a feature all on its own. From there you land in the carnival like outdoor food court. There are selfie displays. When you are ready to leave you go back into a building that houses the merchandise. And from there into a corridor where you can see some Pennhurst rooms that have not been touched that have information placards on the doors. I was really impressed by the entire experience. I did struggle with the idea of being entertained in a location that caused so much pain. Been to Eastern and was highly disappointed so decided against going back. So went to Pennhurst instead and did all four attractions .. This is the first haunted attraction that they are able to touch and grab you which was fun .. The catacombs was the first and wa grabbed a few times in there. Actors were fun and into it so it was cool ... Next was the morgue and was fun and lots of scares in there l. The asylum was fun and so was the tunnels.. hard to say which I like the best because all were fun . Definitely get the VIP tickets as lines can be long . Parking is massive so be prepared to walk to get to security line.

This haunt is great for a small or couples activity; this year I went as a part of a group of 4. We all got the Fast Pass tickets which I highly recommend you do. This gave us priority access to all of their 4 haunt attractions; there were two lines in particular (the Haunted Hay Ride and the Butchers House) that were VERY long. Without the fast pass folks were easily in those lives for over an hour, maybe more. Get the fast pass -- worth the additional $15 bucks. There are 4 attractions - the haunted hayride, cornmaze, hotel, and butchers shop. The hayride and cornmaze are easily the best two attractions. The hayride takes you through 5-7 stations that are build up into different themes. Each has plenty of scare factor and actors who jump up and harass the guests. Shoutout to the design teams for making awesome props and sets. The cornmaze is my favorite -- they let you wander through the cornmaze searching for the exit while actors are hiding to provide some jump scares. We had a blast and got scared plenty going through the maze. The two indoor build outs, the hotel and butchery were just okay. I think they were sending too many guests in at once; this didn't give the actors enough time to reset into their places for the needed scares. They could have used a few more actors as well - we walked through many rooms and corridors without seeing anyone. The plaza outside of the haunts is really nice. There's a bonfire blazing to give you a nice spot to warmup. There are carnival games and a vendor selling Legends of the Fog gear. In case you get hungry, there's a small stand selling carnival food like hot dogs, hamburgers, and hot cocoa. Overall, a great night out at Legends of the Fog. Lots of laughs and scares throughout the evening. Make sure to get that fastpass!
