While the fish was crispy, I prefer a cornmeal dredge to a flour dredge. Finally, (and this could have been a me thing) the tip percentage on the screen doesn't align with the math. I intended to tip 15% - which is standard especially considering slow service. That should have been approx $8 and when I got home I realized it was approximately $16. The employee behind the counter told me they had closed early because the manager wanted to leave. Even more frustrating, when we asked the employee to call the manager about a refund, the manager was informed that my online order had arrived. Instead of refunding me, I was told I had to go online and request the refund myself. They said that if I couldn't figure it out, they would "try" to process it the next day. It's unacceptable to accept a customer's order and payment, close early without notice, and then make the customer chase down a refund.
