Then the cashier answers the phone to help a customer. Gets off the phone and continues to chat about skiing with the guy in front of me. Answers another call to help a customer. Place my things down. And walk out remembering why I order supplies on Amazon and why Amazon is far superior to these little, horribly run places.

Best of all, it was clear he had actually read my initial request - there were no annoyingly redundant questions, no misunderstandings, everything was exactly right. In just a few hours my years of tangled cords, frustrations, extra devices like old dvd players/Apple TVs/old speakers were hauled away . Poof. I now have reliable internet throughout my two story home, yard, and garage (who knew there were boosters available to do this????). Then Grant spent the necessary time to download and set up apps for my new TVs and teach me how to navigate to my favorite programs.
