But corporate probably needs to retrain everyone from the ground up at this location. Sad but true. I broke the screen on my iPhone 8+. Never had a problem with it before, and other than the cracked glass, I didn't have a problem after the screen broke. To be quite honest, it's the best cell phone I have ever had. So I was pretty motivated to get it repaired and I thought a little over the $100 to get it fixed in a couple of hours was pretty good. Since I am pretty handy and good with delicate things, my husband wanted me to order the screen repair kit and do it myself, but I said I didn't want to run the risk of breaking anything and then having to pay for a more expensive repair. Well, it may have been worth the risk in the end. If you want to take a forced tech break, U Break I Fix Twin Falls might be the way to go. My broken screen went from a two hour repair to a three week ordeal. They broke some microsolder and had to send it out to a place with microsoldering capability. They said it would take two weeks. The only other option was to put the broken screen back on and let me find someone to fix it, which I would probably have to send it to the same place and pay for it. So I said go ahead and send it out. I explained though that I only had one phone and I live rurally and have a myriad of issues that I need to be in touch with my spouse, my kid's school and my medical care. Well, two weeks became three. And since I had no phone, I kept having to drive to Twin to see if they got it back. I finally got it returned to me and it works beautifully, but I got no compensation for my trouble other than a 15% discount that I had to beg for. It was the single worst business experience of my life. I might have been less upset except I got a lot of run around from the outset and it just continued. Also a lot of blame was thrown around and complaining that they weren't making any money off the repair. Their breaking my phone, their failure to make money, their having to eat the repair costs caused by their damage are all not my problem as the customer. Unfortunately I will NEVER go back. I'm not really satisfied with the solutions offered or the resolution. Yes, I got my phone back in working order, but it was not worth the headache. They say this only happens 1 in 1000 phones, but that was not the impression I have gotten from reviews or even the people waiting this morning. I suggest you send your devices out and maybe pay a bit more. Some things are not worth the cost.

I had to repeat my request and explain three times even after they were able to read all of my chats. I was given a 12 hour window for the initial appointment. I was told that 24 hours prior to my appointment I would receive a smaller time frame for my appointment. That did not happen. On the day of my appointment my time from was listed as a 9 hour period. I reached out via chat to ask for an ETA to determine if it would be a morning or afternoon appointment. I was asked what my preference was and it hey said the noted it and I would get a call back from the repairman. I waited several more hours and reached out to customer service via the chat option again. I was told the appointment would still happen and that I would get a call back from the repairman. I waited another couple of hours and reached out again. I was given a more generic answer and told they would be there by 5 pm. I asked for the company number so I could reach out to find out how many more appointments were before mine. I also told customer service that this was the most frustrating and unorganized repair I have ever experienced with an appliance repair and that I would share this with everyone. I was then blocked from chat until the following day with zero resolution and no repair as of 3:10 pm... If I could give this negative stars I would. I would not recommend purchasing this warranty from BestBuy.

I wish I had gotten his name, but there was a guy on shift that was super great with my 4yo daughter. She liked him so much she drew him a picture while we were in the store and gave it to him as we checked out. It was a simple interaction, but a sweet one which really made the experience stand out.
