The…read moreshop itself is tiny but packed full of interesting items, like candles, teas, oils, earrings, etc. It's the kind of place to go if you are looking for candles and herbs for rituals or for making your own teas, balms, or a locally made gift. They also have metaphysical items, books, tarot decks and more. They have a Facebook page updated regularly with their events and classes, like "The Art of Divination," and "Introduction to Practical Magick."There are some great herbal tea blends with very clever names and descriptions - I easily found several gift items for a friend and will definitely go back.

The flowers, when I received them, were pretty and on day 2, I'm still happy with them. However,…read morethe delivery process was not good at all. Delivery attempt "was made" with no phone call to confirm that someone would be home to receive, the flowers were not left on doorstep, and no note was left on the door for me to inquire. FTD.com, where the order was placed, was extremely unhelpful. My husband changed the delivery to my place of work which allowed the flowers to be delivered the next day after having spent a day in a delivery van and the cooler at the store overnight. Quick fix to add a call to the recipient in case of none being home or at least a note on the door, isn't it?!

About a week after having the spa, we realized that my wife had some serious reactions to the chlorine in the spa. We went in the following week trying to find a solution and they had switched us to bromine tablets which also contain chlorine. My wife unfortunately had the same issues. Just an FYI, bromine still contains chlorine. We went in again to try and get this issue resolved. My wife was over the spa and didn't care for it anymore. We wanted to see if there was anything that could be done. We spoke to a gentleman in twin who unfortunately was not the best of help. We were told that they could potentially help us sell it and we could get a massage chair instead. We sat on that gigantic paper weight for about 3 months without giving it any use. We called last week and we were told by the rep in twin that there was nothing that he or the owners could do. There was interesting choice of words used to describe the situation and that he was told to avoid us. We called the Idaho falls location and expressed our concerns and we got a chance to speak with Ted. This man was amazing help. Within 24 hours we got our problem resolved. He was able to get us out of the spa and into a massage chair. I know many people won't run into the issues we had but if there is any kind of complaints or issues that need to be addressed....Ted is your guy. I want to give a shoutout to Aaron for being a compassionate employee in the twin falls location. He was thrilled to learn that our problem was resolved. I will definitely do business with Brady's in the future! They proved to me that they truly care about their customers.
