We went in the following week trying to find a solution and they had switched us to bromine tablets which also contain chlorine. My wife unfortunately had the same issues. Just an FYI, bromine still contains chlorine. We went in again to try and get this issue resolved. My wife was over the spa and didn't care for it anymore. We wanted to see if there was anything that could be done. We spoke to a gentleman in twin who unfortunately was not the best of help. We were told that they could potentially help us sell it and we could get a massage chair instead. We sat on that gigantic paper weight for about 3 months without giving it any use. We called last week and we were told by the rep in twin that there was nothing that he or the owners could do. There was interesting choice of words used to describe the situation and that he was told to avoid us. We called the Idaho falls location and expressed our concerns and we got a chance to speak with Ted. This man was amazing help. Within 24 hours we got our problem resolved. He was able to get us out of the spa and into a massage chair. I know many people won't run into the issues we had but if there is any kind of complaints or issues that need to be addressed....Ted is your guy. I want to give a shoutout to Aaron for being a compassionate employee in the twin falls location. He was thrilled to learn that our problem was resolved. I will definitely do business with Brady's in the future! They proved to me that they truly care about their customers.

Tried the blue heart pod and was very excited for a unique relaxing experience. Unfortunately it…read morewas not as relaxing as I hoped. The main issue was lack of any climate control on the pod. The water is 97 or so degrees to match your body temperature. When your body and that warm water are enclosed in the pod, you end up with 97+ degree temperatures in 100% humidity. Most people do not find that environment relaxing. The Epsom salt bath helped my sore muscles, but I constantly had to open the pod to get fresh air in there, breaking the immersion and relaxing experience I expected to have.

I am from Arizona and had a ton of questions for him since I am generally familiar with pools. He took the time to explain the differences of building a pool in Idaho, including why certain materials don't work in Idaho due to the climate difference. Because Brandon had worked with our builder previously, they put him on their schedule so the project could be completed before our home was finished. Every step of the way we worked with Brandon on adjustments and he was great at coming up with design suggestions both up front and along the way as needed. On one instance, we came to him asking about adding a return line for a water slide. This was right before they were going to fill in all the trenches, but he jumped on this change with zero push back and even adjusted the concrete footprint to accommodate the change. On another instance, Brandon let us know that the length of the pool was just a foot shorter (not his fault, the builder plans were just slightly off on the plot lines). This meant our Baja shelf steps needed to be adjusted from our original design to preserve the size of the Baja shelf we wanted. He immediately came up with an alternative design to the steps that looked great. Even post build, Brandon has been responsive on fixing any issues we noticed after the fact. I would 100% recommend Brandon to anyone looking to build a pool.

When we were trying to install out new cedar tub, it was a bit of a mess. We worked with a contractor, plumber, electrician, and landscape company. And no one could get it right .... except Jared. He was able to identify several problems and knew how to get the job done correctly. Since then, he's been maintaining our hot tub and does a great job.
