We carry premium brands you can't find at big-box stores, including Sundance (the world's #1-selling hot tub), American Whirlpool, Finnleo Saunas, and Heat & Glo fireplaces. Whether you're building a backyard retreat, upgrading your living room hearth, or adding a Big Green Egg to your patio, our showroom lets you see, touch, and compare options side by side. What sets us apart: we don't just sell — we support. Our team handles delivery, installation, and service in-house, and we offer free in-store water testing for the life of your spa. We've been part of the Idaho community for decades, with additional showrooms in Boise and Idaho Falls, so you get the buying power of a regional retailer with the personal service of a local shop. Since that time, we have had many occasions to work with them, with her for routine maintenance or for a couple of minor troubles. I have always been impressed with the quality of their service, the enthusiasm which they have for their work, and with Their products. I plan to be a loyal customer from here going forward. Great guys! Highly recommended!

About a week after having the spa, we realized that my wife had some serious reactions to the chlorine in the spa. We went in the following week trying to find a solution and they had switched us to bromine tablets which also contain chlorine. My wife unfortunately had the same issues. Just an FYI, bromine still contains chlorine. We went in again to try and get this issue resolved. My wife was over the spa and didn't care for it anymore. We wanted to see if there was anything that could be done. We spoke to a gentleman in twin who unfortunately was not the best of help. We were told that they could potentially help us sell it and we could get a massage chair instead. We sat on that gigantic paper weight for about 3 months without giving it any use. We called last week and we were told by the rep in twin that there was nothing that he or the owners could do. There was interesting choice of words used to describe the situation and that he was told to avoid us. We called the Idaho falls location and expressed our concerns and we got a chance to speak with Ted. This man was amazing help. Within 24 hours we got our problem resolved. He was able to get us out of the spa and into a massage chair. I know many people won't run into the issues we had but if there is any kind of complaints or issues that need to be addressed....Ted is your guy. I want to give a shoutout to Aaron for being a compassionate employee in the twin falls location. He was thrilled to learn that our problem was resolved. I will definitely do business with Brady's in the future! They proved to me that they truly care about their customers.

We booked a whole week here this year just so we can enjoy the Hot Springs, full hook up camping, and tent camping. We called in May to make reservations, and the lady was quite friendly. We arrived a little bit late, and just found a parking spot to wait until they opened. When we stayed here a couple years ago it was $25 a night for full hook ups. That's right water, electric (30 amp) and sewage. The price has gone up to $35 a night. $10 a night for extra car as well as $20 for a dry camp spot. The Hot Springs/swimming pool is quite large has a slide, high dive, low dive and two Spas of varying heat. I think the hottest one was 106°F or 107°F. The average hours of this place is 10 AM to 10 PM though on certain days they don't open till noon. At the reception, they have a snack bar, pool table, a few video games, even a jukebox that plays through the whole swimming area. It is a bit rundown, but it is held me the way you like it. It's a great place for big groups and family reunions. There were 12 of us staying in a pull through campsite and there was plenty of room for all of the vehicles and three tents. We did just buy a new toy hauler, and this is the maiden voyage. It's been a great seven days.
