I went to this shop for an emergency phone repair. On a road trip you can't stick around for very long and the staff here appreciated that. Instead of letting me hang they reccomeneded one of their competitors in town who could get it done sooner. That level of service is rare. Took my iPhone 11 in to have the battery replaced. Within an hour of replacement, the screen became discolored. The person who did the repair said that moisture had gotten into the phone, but he would not do anything to assist with the damage. DO NOT risk taking your expensive device here. read more

This has been a nightmare! We went in and spent quite a bit of time talking with Ricky, he assured us multiple times that he could change our batteries in our motorhome, so we paid $4000, waited for a chassis battery to come in. 3 weeks later we went in to have new batteries installed, everything worked on our motorhome! Our old batteries still had life, but we are very pro active, this is our home... Turns out Ricky knows nothing about changing batteries in a Class A motorhome. He did not pre check anything prior to changing and now our inverter does not work. Ricky's ignorance is costing us $$$$ and a drive to Las Vegas National RV Center. I strongly recommend running as fast as you can from Batteries Plus. Ricky pats himself on the back alot, he brags how he wants to stand out! Well, he certainly does.... And he ghosts you, taking ZERO responsibility. read more
