Sonya also steam cleaned the watch, which was nice, as it had some schmutz on the wristband. (a little dried waffle batter) I expected a modest wait time, and had my Kindle out. To top it off, I also fully expected a modest bill, but these actions were performed free of charge! All in all, 10/10 for excellent service. I have no complaints. Oh, and there was no transphobia! In the past year, I've had several items that needed to be framed. They were odd sizes, so I went…read moreto Hobby Lobby to see what they could do. I was blown away by the staff in the picture framing section. The first item was my brothers military retirement citation. It was in rough shape and was bent and torn around the edges. The employee helped me find the perfect frame and mat showing me how it could be framed in a way that the torn edges would be covered up. They treated this citation as if it were their beloved art. I was thrilled with the results and felt that the employee understood how important this project was to me. Several months later, I discovered two vintage fruit crate labels in an envelope in my mom's garage. There was a spot on her kitchen wall that needed some art and I took them to Hobby Lobby. A different lady employee took them and found a mat color that worked for both of them. They turned out fantastic and I loved seeing them when I visited my mom. Most recently, some 6 months later, I took my parent's wedding picture to be matted and put in a larger frame. The lady remembered my previous project and I showed her my idea for a mat color. She respectfully asked if we could try a different color, and I am so happy she did. The mat color she suggested makes the colors (which looked very muted with all the frames they were previously in and the mat I had chosen) pop out and look more colorful! It's truly amazing the eye that she has for the best mat color for the items I've brought in. I am so pleased with Hobby Lobby's framing department and will continue to go to them for my future projects.

I have been happy with Mountain West Optical prior to this last pair of glasses. I was ready for an…read moreexam and a new pair of glasses. I found the frames that seemed just right. I went in when they were ready and I was pleased. A few days later the glasses just didn't feel comfortable. I went in and they were happy to fix the problem. I chose a new lighter frame. The tech helping me advised me the frames I chose may be to small on my nose. My husband and Brian (the tech) were in a tense discussion about cataracts and why did he just have an exam and new lenses with absolutely no correction in the vision of his left eye. I was in the exam room with him as he stated clear as can be" if there cant be improved sight with the left eye then let's not do anything" Dr. Fish wrote a new perspiration and lenses were made. When he put them on and no change in sight was made it was sorry no refunds. So back to me. In my opinion Brian was frazzled with Thad and he did not take any time with me he just said ok if this is what you want let's do it. Now a week later the glasses are most definitely from putty. They will not keep structure every 4 minutes I have to push them up my nose. I go back in. This Tim I spend a great deal of time with another tech. I find the perfect frames. She makes the order. As I was leaving I ran into Brian and told him the trouble I had with the glasses. Brian's response was you can't have another pair. I thought it was odd but smiled as I left. The next week I get a phone message from the tech who wrote my new order. She said Brian informs her I can only have my original glasses. That's it. The owner calls and says come in let's see what's going on. He stretched and heated and bent and talked for a good 15 minutes. Stating the only thing wrong was they were not properly fitted. Very nice customer service. I still walked out with glasses that fall off my face every 4 minutes. 2 more times he insisted we try fitting them better. I live 30 miles from twin by the way and we are on visit 5 I just want glasses that fit. I spent $900.00 on the glasses. Terry the owner did say he was unfamiliar with these frames, they were a new line in the store and he also admitted that they will not hold a fit. But you know what I got ?Surprizinly I got the original heavy nose bitting glasses I had to begin with. I posted a flattering photo of the gouge on my nose. Thank you. Ana.
