I got the on line sales rep Jeff Smiley, he sent an email with pics of said baler and stated. list of things that had been repaire, and the baler was"READY TO WORK". after calling to make arrangement to pick up said baler 3 hours away,I was told the baler had not had any work done to it and is completely inoperable! how can someone not do their job to this extent? the sales rep had seen the baler 3 weeks ago, and knew it hadn't been repaired. I will never do business with a company with such low standards and resort to lying about what they are selling. The front desk ladies are ridiculously kind. They answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. They had a new machine that took pictures of my eyes so I did not have to get dilated. It cost $29 & was not covered by my insurance, but it was way worth it! They have an okay selection of frames, that is where they are losing 1 star. I was looking for Kate Spade or Calvin Klein but neither were available. On the plus side, there were some PROOF frames available - which, if you don't know what that is you should look them up. All in all, of course I will be coming back to Dr. Kelsey. He is so personable. Fast & efficient. I am so very glad we have this office in our community.

When I asked about it, they took it off, but didn't bother checking in the first place to get clarity about it. Then I tried out two different contacts, one for astigmatism and one without. The doctor didn't bother explaining how to use them and I put them in upside down. No clarity was given about proper use. Then when I went to order the contacts I told them I didn't want the astigmatism ones, because they were uncomfortable (because the doctor gave no clarity on how to properly use them...), ordered them. They came in the mail. I GOT THE ASTIGMATISM ONES... At this point I'm tired of dealing with them and ask them to give me my prescription. THEY SENT ME THE ASTIGMATISM ONE. Clarity? No. Not one bit. Had to google how to use them properly and was stuck with a 6-month supply. Don't go there. PS: they also up charged me $120 for the contacts test, instead of dilating my pupils, which would have been free and they didn't even ask.. Skeezy.
