I went over to my new property and met them there. The movers asked me if they could leave my items in the garage, but I had to tell them to bring things INSIDE the house. After a while, they finished and then had me sign a few things. He verbally told me what I was signing, but I find out that what I was signing did not match up to what he was relaying to me. One of the things I signed was that I did a walkthrough of my old property to make sure everything I wanted moved was actually moved. I was told that I was signing that everything was moved out of the truck, not property. I went back to my old place to lock up and I was completely shocked and frustrated. There were things still left scattered around the apartment. Some cupboards were left untouched. What I paid for did not match with the work done. I could've hired someone for MUCH less and had a better job done. After weeks of waiting and leaving messages, the only thing they will compensate me is $25. I do not recommend this company at all! I had to finish their work. The job they did was not at all worth over $150 an hour.

My belongings were stored in Twin Falls Idaho up until a few days ago. Being disabled, I was unable to personally travel back to Twin Falls to retrieve my belongings. Brian and company loaded my belongings onto a truck, and they were brought down here. Everything was loaded meticulously and delivered in a quick manner. I had to run back to old house to pick up items that were not put on the truck, and could not fit in the initial trip to new house. then finding out that one of the moving people, packed up items into boxes without being asked to...just did it. I am sorry...that is not acceptable and kind of rude to pack items and not discuss with the homeowner(s). Plus you charged for it. If you want to ask if we want that packed and get an answer, ok...but don't just do it. While on my trip to old house and back home again....there were just to many things that just, was wrong. You don't stack things all nilly willy in someone's house/rooms/garage. I got back to our new place...there were boxes stacked everywhere...on furniture, on the floor. Needless to say, I was PISSED! you pick same size boxes...stack them neatly in the rooms where they belong (most were marked and the movers did not even read the boxes)...thus why my Mom was so overwhelmed with what was happening. They may have been professional boxing and moving into the trucks...but out of them.
