Originally we were scheduled to have 4 smaller pod-type of units from another company (orange logo). They punted us off of our confirmed delivery date twice which left us scrambling to figure something else out with less than a week to do so. While he was on his well deserved vacation, Aaron creatively altered his schedule to accommodate a new date when we decided to hire the actual PODs company. Before that, Aaron was unbelievably understanding when the first company kept telling us they couldn't deliver their "pods" as originally scheduled (twice!). Aaron and his crew were professional from the first phone call to the packing day. He showed up on time and went the extra mile to get everything wrapped and packed into the POD. He securely packed several fragile antique heirlooms that we were concerned about. PODs doesn't include pads and straps like the other company. I bought the pads, but forgot about the straps. Aaron gave us his personal ones so that everything would be secure and packed properly in the POD. Most importantly, Aaron was outstanding when it came to communication. He consistently responded sooner than I expected, timely relayed important information to us and confirmed prior to the packing date. Aaron never took a break but worked tirelessly to get the job done with speed and efficiency. His integrity and industry expertise is clearly evident in how he solidly runs his business, how he treats his clients with great respect and in the high quality of his work.

I went over to my new property and met them there. The movers asked me if they could leave my items in the garage, but I had to tell them to bring things INSIDE the house. After a while, they finished and then had me sign a few things. He verbally told me what I was signing, but I find out that what I was signing did not match up to what he was relaying to me. One of the things I signed was that I did a walkthrough of my old property to make sure everything I wanted moved was actually moved. I was told that I was signing that everything was moved out of the truck, not property. I went back to my old place to lock up and I was completely shocked and frustrated. There were things still left scattered around the apartment. Some cupboards were left untouched. What I paid for did not match with the work done. I could've hired someone for MUCH less and had a better job done. After weeks of waiting and leaving messages, the only thing they will compensate me is $25. I do not recommend this company at all! I had to finish their work. The job they did was not at all worth over $150 an hour.

We were in Sun Valley to install furnishings at our clients completed home…read more We had to unexpectedly ship some accessories back to our corporate office on our way to the airport. We were told we could purchase packing supplies located near the counter and pack up the items to ship. They do not pack. Not a problem. We purchased 4 boxes and packing tape to create 2 boxes with our own bubble wrap to pack the accessories for shipping. The Manager came out and proceeded to tell us for future reference, that they are not a pack and ship location and they have supplies available for purchase for their I'm assuming "local" clients. When I asked is there a problem with us purchasing and packing our items for shipping, he commented it's your opinion. What does that even mean. He reiterated for future reference. Have no fear, there will be no future visits to this location. I'm a huge FedEx fan and have been in many locations all across the country. They always have exemplary customer service. Today was very disappointing. With so many people across this country in such dire situations and in need of employment, this guy needs a serious attitude adjustment. I looked up the locations website while waiting for my plane to arrive and it stated a location to purchase packing supplies and shipping. If that's not the case, then update the website. Or your employee is misinformed. A true display of discrimination and ignorance. I've been in customer service related industries for over 30 years and found his discriminatory attitude unexceptionable and rude. The girl who processed the order was efficient. I'd rate half a star if it allowed me to.

I've used this company twice now. The first time was when I had no furniture, finally bought a…read moresofa and they were able to deliver it the same day! I just recently used them again but this time it was to haul away a piece of furniture. They were able to pick up the furniture later in the week and also gave me a discount on the cost. They are currently helping out the community by accepting food donations, and they also donate furniture if it's in good condition. The guys that picked up the furniture were prompt and on time and very courteous! Excellent customer service and will definitely use them again if needed.
