I was extremely disappointed with this cleaning service. My home is already very tidy, and I…read morespecifically hired them for a deep clean, not routine housekeeping. I was told it would most likely be two cleaners for 3-4 hours for $280 and would include blinds, baseboards, cupboards, appliances, bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting. I also specifically asked for extra attention to the grout on my kitchen countertops. Only one cleaner came for approximately four hours. When I got home, I was shocked to find cleaning residue covering my kitchen floor that I had to clean up myself. The blinds, cupboards, and baseboards appeared not to have been touched. What I received felt like a basic/light cleaning, not the deep clean I paid $280 for. The owner did offer to have the cleaner come back, but after the quality of the first cleaning, I declined. I asked instead to be charged a fair amount for the cleaning I actually received, but was told that wasn't an option. I left this experience feeling very disappointed and taken advantage of. I don't mind paying $280 for a professional deep clean, but I do expect to receive the service I paid for. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.
