He was very organized, prompt and dependable. He set up an appt to come by and give an estimate and showed up on time. Once we scheduled the job, he also showed up on time with an employee and got straight to work. He was equipped with booties and drop clothes to ensure that interior was not effected by the interior window cleaning. He worked in freezing temperatures with ladders to reach second floor windows. Upon completion, he did a walk through with me to ensure I was satisfied with each window. His prices were more than fair and competitive. I will definitely use him for all my future window washing. (I had originally called 3 companies, 1 called me back 2 weeks later (after the job was completed) telling me he was not sure when/if it could be done because of the cold weather and it was unlikely he could get to it.)

I…read morewas commuting by bike on Elkhorn Road this morning when the driver of a Grimey Window Cleaning truck peeled out of a pullout to make a U-turn directly in front of me, causing me to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting him. The driver then hit his brakes as well, so I had to swerve to the side so as not to impact the bumper. When I lifted my hand in a "WTF" gesture, the driver yelled out the window: "Bike path!" and sped off. This company's values were made clear today, and I would recommend avoiding them based purely on this display of asshole behavior and complete disregard for others' safety.
