They gave Little education on what was going to happen and when I told them about my experience with the movers that they coordinated they pretty much said well that's too bad. I would never recommend this company to anyone for the care that I received and for the that I got it took them over a week to respond back to my original claim and even then I had to speak to a manager to actually get somebody to talk to me. But the extreme heat did not interfere with either Jared or Carson. I was worried about their hydration the whole time they unloaded and set up our new home, but they were both troopers and never complained about the extreme temperature conditions. Our belongings were packed and transported with perfect care and arrived in great condition. Even our chest freezer arrived with ice still surrounding our meat. Jared was afraid the freezer would be full of water upon arrival due to the extreme heat, but because of his expert advise on how to properly pack it everything was still frozen. The initial contact person took his time, answered all my questions and followed up with a clear well written contract and instructions. The locals at both departure and arrival points were professionals. It did take longer than the 5 days because of the amount of people leaving CA, and I had to wait 2 weeks to schedule one of the 2 trucks left in Sept. I recieved status updates all along the way and everyone was pleasant to talk with. It was a perfectly easy and inexpensive way to move from CA to ID.
