Then we came back at 12:30 and sign had been changed and now read, "closed until 1:15". Hmm not as cute this time. So we came back at 2:20. Door was locked and sign on door said "closed until 3:15". A woman was inside so I knocked on the door, after 3 times knocking she came over and said we're closed can't you read the sign! Yes, I said, but we've been here 3 times today and you keep changing the sign. I was about to politely ask when she thought she might actually be open we she shrieked, "I was here at 1:15", implying I guess that it was our fault??? Horrible experience. Worst customer service experience I've had anywhere in decades. My family has been a customer of Verizon for over a decade and we've always had pretty good service. If I were Verizon, I would not allow this location, or at least the woman working there today, to represent my brand.

After 15 mins of me standing there, she said " whatever you need, it's going to be awhile" this guy ( she pointed to a guy sitting on a stool ) has been here working on this problem for 2 days " I said " I just need help with a trade-in" She answered " I don't do those , go to the corporate store or go online yourself" It was a thoroughly unsatisfactorily experience mostly because of the ( lack of) service. One disinterested salesperson doesn't seem adequate when you are dealing with a $1,200+ phone .

Just wanted to share what a horrible experience I had at this AT&T store. Call me a fool, I knew I…read moreshould have walked out, but the store representative completely lied about the fees and trade in on my old phone. I've wasted probably 6 hours of my time at this point trying to get fees taken off my billing that should not be charge. AT&T has given me basically the runaround on the phone now that I'm trying to correct the charges. I will NEVER use AT&T again. I can't believe a company that should be respectable, treats their customers this way. The only reason they are even getting a star is that I had to give at least one for this to post.

The manager refused to give it to him, and I could hear her yelling at him in the back room over the phone. If it's not a quick easy thing they will kick you out. It took him a few tries to figure out why the system wasn't accepting a SIM card. Customer service said they could fix it, but the manager literally told me she sent willing to spend the time to call them and would not help me. She was beyond rude to me and her employee to the point I told him he should quit. Abusive manager should never be tolerated. This lady needs to be fired. The man was nice and helpful however and I felt bad for his treatment. As far as getting service, this place is useless.

But corporate probably needs to retrain everyone from the ground up at this location. Sad but true. I broke the screen on my iPhone 8+. Never had a problem with it before, and other than the cracked glass, I didn't have a problem after the screen broke. To be quite honest, it's the best cell phone I have ever had. So I was pretty motivated to get it repaired and I thought a little over the $100 to get it fixed in a couple of hours was pretty good. Since I am pretty handy and good with delicate things, my husband wanted me to order the screen repair kit and do it myself, but I said I didn't want to run the risk of breaking anything and then having to pay for a more expensive repair. Well, it may have been worth the risk in the end. If you want to take a forced tech break, U Break I Fix Twin Falls might be the way to go. My broken screen went from a two hour repair to a three week ordeal. They broke some microsolder and had to send it out to a place with microsoldering capability. They said it would take two weeks. The only other option was to put the broken screen back on and let me find someone to fix it, which I would probably have to send it to the same place and pay for it. So I said go ahead and send it out. I explained though that I only had one phone and I live rurally and have a myriad of issues that I need to be in touch with my spouse, my kid's school and my medical care. Well, two weeks became three. And since I had no phone, I kept having to drive to Twin to see if they got it back. I finally got it returned to me and it works beautifully, but I got no compensation for my trouble other than a 15% discount that I had to beg for. It was the single worst business experience of my life. I might have been less upset except I got a lot of run around from the outset and it just continued. Also a lot of blame was thrown around and complaining that they weren't making any money off the repair. Their breaking my phone, their failure to make money, their having to eat the repair costs caused by their damage are all not my problem as the customer. Unfortunately I will NEVER go back. I'm not really satisfied with the solutions offered or the resolution. Yes, I got my phone back in working order, but it was not worth the headache. They say this only happens 1 in 1000 phones, but that was not the impression I have gotten from reviews or even the people waiting this morning. I suggest you send your devices out and maybe pay a bit more. Some things are not worth the cost.

My problems come from their sales and billing departments. If there is a billing issue you can count on spending hours, days, weeks and months trying to resolve the issue; if it ever gets resolved at all. I have had several issues with being quoted prices only to find out that the information was incorrect or input improperly. When I try to address the problem, I get transferred from one representative to another with each one negating what the others say. No one is on the same page. It's a nightmare. If that isn't enough, try proving that you returned a piece of equipment they're billing you for. I gave a technician my Contour box because I was so frustrated with trying to get my bill corrected that I decided to throw in the towel. I asked the technician for a receipt. Instead he called the office and I heard him as he spoke to the representative giving her the information for the box I returned. Circumstances forced me to have to move to another state with a two day notice. This only added to the problem of trying to verify the return of the equipment. Two months later, I am still fighting this issue. I have tried everything I can think of to clear my account. I have followed several instructions and have run into a dead end on each and every one of them. I was in an online chat for 2 hours while one representative filled out a form (literally two hours). About three reps told me to go to a local COX Solutions store. At the location I went to I was told that the stores can only look up accounts in this state. I would give COX a perfect rating if not for these things. This isn't the first time such things have happened to me with COX. I swore I would never use them again after the first couple of incidents, but I did, hoping things would change. I was wrong.
