I'm fairly technically proficient so I rarely seek the services of a consultant like LazoTEK, but…read morewe had a problem with a modem/router at our vacation unit and because we live far away I wasn't able to look into it directly. We asked Sterling at LazoTEK to check it out. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, called us about our options, and then replaced the aging unit (at our own request -- no hard sell) and then reactivated our internet service all within an afternoon. He was competent, efficient, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly at all stages of the process. We would trust LazoTEK implicitly with any future tech troubles.

Liam provided a prompt and complete cost breakdown, based on my desire for a "one button" simple to use system that was not a budget buster. Grant and his installation crew Sara and Chris were efficient, polite, savvy, and they cleaned up any and all debris. In just a few hours my years of tangled cords, frustrations, extra devices like old dvd players/Apple TVs/old speakers were hauled away . Poof. I now have reliable internet throughout my two story home, yard, and garage (who knew there were boosters available to do this????). Then Grant spent the necessary time to download and set up apps for my new TVs and teach me how to navigate to my favorite programs. He gave me his card so I can call if I have any questions or need another walk through on how to operate the new system. I just wish I had done this upgrade earlier. I thought their pricing was reasonable and competitive with the box stores (that would not be there for me when/if I needed them.) . There were no "add ons" to the estimate. Sound Wave is an exceptional company with a great crew.
