This place is hor-ri-ble…read more Went in to buy some mailing supplies. Get in line. One person ahead of me. One cashier. They're chatting about skiing for a little while. Then the cashier answers the phone to help a customer. Gets off the phone and continues to chat about skiing with the guy in front of me. Answers another call to help a customer. Place my things down. And walk out remembering why I order supplies on Amazon and why Amazon is far superior to these little, horribly run places.

Another stellar review for this place - couldn't have had a better experience!…read more I found myself in a very similar long-distance printing situation to reviewer Kathryn M. - I had prepared materials for an event in Ketchum and sent them with the colleague who would be presenting, but at the last minute I realized that I had sent the wrong forms. The forms are full color, 3-to-a-page, double-sided - not just something that can be printed off at home printer. Patrick was so easy to work with. He was prompt, efficient, and super responsive by email. Best of all, it was clear he had actually read my initial request - there were no annoyingly redundant questions, no misunderstandings, everything was exactly right. He sent me updates on the progress of the job, so it was easy for me to coordinate with the person who was picking the forms up - and she raved to me about how great the job was and how wonderful Patrick had been. I haven't seen the product yet, but form what she said, it sounds like the last-minute replacements were even better quality than the originals.

DO NOT go here for alterations. They said they could hem a simple cotton dress. I went to pick it…read moreup today (a week later than they said), and there were still pins in it and it had been HAND SEWN. Not machine sewn. And not small, tidy stitches but huge, loose stitches, just to finish the job quickly. I was blown away. Also, the fabric cut was super uneven, differing by at least an inch from one side of the dress to the other. They completely ruined my dress.
