I went in to Copy and Print last month with a very small print job - a few pages. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated poorly and the employee made sure I knew he was in a huge rush and clearly did not have time to help me. He took the liberty of deciding what I would like printed and when I was confused about it he said "you just need to make up your mind because I need to get back to work". I was speechless. He charged me 6 times more than my same order I had printed the previous month. We had a conversation in which I was frustrated and he was plain rude. In the end, I left without my correct order and when I was walking out, he told his co-worker "you try to help someone and they just yell at you!" in front of my kids. For the record I did not yell, but was frustrated and stunned. I will not return.

The forms are full color, 3-to-a-page, double-sided - not just something that can be printed off at home printer. Patrick was so easy to work with. He was prompt, efficient, and super responsive by email. Best of all, it was clear he had actually read my initial request - there were no annoyingly redundant questions, no misunderstandings, everything was exactly right. He sent me updates on the progress of the job, so it was easy for me to coordinate with the person who was picking the forms up - and she raved to me about how great the job was and how wonderful Patrick had been. I haven't seen the product yet, but form what she said, it sounds like the last-minute replacements were even better quality than the originals.

Then the cashier answers the phone to help a customer. Gets off the phone and continues to chat about skiing with the guy in front of me. Answers another call to help a customer. Place my things down. And walk out remembering why I order supplies on Amazon and why Amazon is far superior to these little, horribly run places.

I have been in here a number of times. One lady in particular who has been three for years has a…read moreconstant scowl. She hates her life and throws customer service under the bus. Recently I went in again and she said something to me that was rude. I went out to the car and my wife starts in on me, without me saying anything, about how that lady in there is so rude. I said, "I know huh!" That was the impetus of this post. I don't recommend if you like personal, friendly customer service with a smile. This place is no where near that.
