But, last week the salt and pepper wings tasted old like it was precooked before I ordered and then sat for way too long. Today, the chicken was SO HARD I was concerned for my teeth. It was clear they double fried (possibly) some old chicken or they have changed their recipe and process and it now tastes like trash. Spent nearly $40 and, in this difficult economy, we deserve an edible meal. Please train your staff to answer simple questions or to know how to obtain the correct answer and provide professional customer service. No one knew anything about the bday meal & how it works, Noone knew how to lodge a complaint directly with the store mgr, owner, or ceo, Noone knew how to reach the mgr, owner, or ceo or when they would EVER come back. Bad experience...you are on your own. Now, what if this was a food poisoning and I cannot reach the mgr, owner, or ceo? You clearly do not care for your customer base.
