Horchata

Food: one of the best I've ever tasted. We ordered Tacos de Barbados, Pollo Torta, and Ramen Birria Bowl ( came with two beef tacos). The food was exceptionally good. I would say it's one of the best Ramen Birria's I love ever tasted. The items we ordered had a good amount of protein and so so good! Service: was ok, can be better. It's hard to hear because they are a "food truck" if you know what I mean. The food is kinda pricey $4 a piece tacos and $5 Horchata. But to me it's ok for the quality of food you are getting. Ambiance: not much of one. Since they are situated in a parking lot. However the metal roofing and tables make up for it. It helps for when it's hot outside and for when it rains.

Its absolutely terrible! Im on a diet and they served it so quickly. I finished their Asada Fries in one sitting. I shouldve ordered a horchata to pair it with, smh. There's a shaded, open, picnic area in front of the truck which made the calorie intake enjoyable. Will come back again since theyre very conveniently located near Lowes.

After some grocery shopping at Costco, me and my wife finally tried Tacos El Asador. It been too long not to try out this taco truck that over the years, have grown well right by Lowe's parking lot. The permanent roofing with light really makes a nice spot to have a quick bite here at Tacos El Asador. A big plus is that they have a lot of different meat options: (my fave) tripas, lengua, barbacoa, and many more. We ordered tripas extra crispy, birria, and my favorite al pastor. Our food came in short order. The tripas were very good. It was indeed crispy and has good flavor. The birria was good as well, not among the best I had but pretty solid. The pastor though was quite interesting. The marinate I felt had too much pineapple that takes away from the pork. So much so that I felt that their al pastor was meh. Another thing was their tacos (May '25) were 4 dollars. Are we already in a place were tacos are now four bucks? I've seen other hovering around 3 dollars and change but not $4. Overall, tripas wag great, al pastor was mid and the price is on the high side.

Stopped by on my errand run. Staff was friendly. Ordered a crispy chicken and soft steak taco. Yum. Fine in or take out.

Only reason why we came here is because we had to go to Lowe's and I just had a sudden urge to want a taco. Not knowing what to expect, we were hooked right away. Tacos here are BOMB. I've tried the carne asada, pastor, and shrimp and I'll say I'm a big fan of the carne asada. Pastor is a little on the sweeter side, but i appreciate that it's literally the legit kind of meat that you carve and served with pineapple. Shrimp was ok, i don't think I'd care to get that again. What we do like is that the tortillas are served grilled and not so soggy wet tortillas that most places serve. We also love that they automatically load up your plate with peppers, cucumbers, onions, and carrots. Flavor is amazing! I'd also say their prices seem fair. The fact that my fiance and i can get a whole meal for under $30 and feel fed after is great. We went twice in one week.

This food truck is convenient parked at Lowes in Antioch,i've tried the quesabirria and it's the best,it is well priced, generous in servings and can be shared by two people, service is fast and staff are friendly, ambiance is ok,it's the parking lot but it is covered and has plenty of of seats even for group party.

Man o man, the asada fries were some of the best. Especially moving from Texas it's all new here but it's amazing both times I've come. We tried the fries with extra chipotle sauce and the asada burrito no rice. Service was great we asked for extra lime and onion. It was no extra charge and they were super nice about everything. Vibe was great. Music was playing in the back. It was just overall a good little get away with great food.

I think they're gone again. Where did they move? No seating, no truck.?

Does anyone know where they moved to? I didn't see them outside Lowes last week.

I just grabbed a burrito at the Chuck-E-Cheese Parking lot 6061 Lone Tree Way Brentwood,CA 94513

I love this place, but this visit absolutely sealed the deal all over again…read more We ordered the carne asada super burrito and it was perfection. It was packed with flavorful, juicy meat and had the ideal ratio of beans, rice, and cheese -- every bite was balanced and satisfying. No skimpy filling here. Just a beautifully built burrito done right. The chips and guacamole were just as impressive. The chips came out hot, thin, and perfectly fresh -- that light crisp that shatters just right. The guacamole tasted bright and fresh, clearly made with care and real ingredients. We also tried the pastor torta, and wow. It was loaded with tender, well-seasoned meat, and the bread was soft, fresh, and toasted perfectly. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside -- exactly how a torta should be. Every component worked together so well. And the piña agua fresca? Super fresh and refreshing -- the perfect complement to everything we ordered. We come here often, but this time we switched it up and tried the burrito -- and it did not disappoint. This is easily one of the best taquerias in town. Consistently delicious, generous portions, and clearly made with pride. We'll definitely be back (soon!) to try the quesabirria. So grateful to have a spot like this in town.

Thank God for another meal, because this place definitely did not serve one made with care…read more The experience started off confusing before we even got the food. We pulled up around 12:50, and the sign on the door said closed, while the lighted sign said open. Mixed signals right away. We literally had to call just to find out if anyone was even there. I ordered a super burrito wet, half green and half red sauce. I was told what it came with, but when I got the food, key ingredients were missing. No real sour cream, no proper pico de gallo, and barely anything that made it feel like an actual super burrito. I also ordered another super burrito and asked for ranchero meat, because that is clearly something they sell there. If you sell ranchero tacos, then obviously ranchero meat exists in your kitchen and should be an option in a burrito too. Instead, the burrito came in a box looking like they already knew it wasn't put together right. When I got home and opened it, I was honestly disappointed. The photos speak for themselves. This was not a super burrito. It was a sloppy tortilla overloaded with rice and meat, with almost nothing else inside to balance it out. No beans, barely any vegetables, no real pico, and no care in the way it was made. It looked like somebody just stuffed whatever was easiest in there and called it done. And before anyone tries to say I didn't ask for certain things, you can literally see tiny pieces of tomato in there, which shows some kind of veggie mix was supposed to be part of it. But overall, it was still mostly just rice and meat. That is not what people expect when they order a super burrito. The wet burrito was just as bad presentation-wise. It should have been smothered properly, with that melty, flavorful, put-together look. Instead, it looked rushed, sloppy, and halfway done. Even the cheese on top looked like it was thrown on without any effort. This whole meal felt like it was made with no pride. Confusing service, missing ingredients, weak execution, and burritos that looked more like a struggle meal than something worth paying for. Grateful to have food, always. But I would not come back for this. Here's a shorter, sharper Yelp version too: Pulled up around 12:50 and the sign said closed, but the open light was on. We had to call just to see if anyone was there. That should've been the first warning. Ordered a wet super burrito, half green and half red, and another super burrito with ranchero meat. What I got was a sloppy mess. The photos speak for themselves. These were not super burritos -- they were mostly rice and meat stuffed into a tortilla with missing ingredients and no care. No real pico de gallo, no beans, barely any balance, and the wet burrito looked rushed and poorly finished. The cheese on top looked thrown on, not melted and smothered the way it should be. One burrito even came in a box looking like it had already fallen apart. If you sell ranchero tacos, then ranchero should clearly be available as burrito meat too. No excuse there. The places was alone for it to be lunch hour . Not a lot of people Overall, this food looked and tasted like it was made with no pride. Grateful for the meal, but definitely not worth the money.

Our food came out in record time and was actually delicious! Believe it or not it tasted even better than it looked and it looked really good when it arrived. I ordered the cheese enchiladas and they were some of the best I have had In the Bay Area. Sadly most people can't even make a cheese enchilada but this place made it perfect! I can still taste that delicious sauce on the enchiladas. My hubby got the chicken quesadilla and although it looked very simple he said it had great flavor. We will come again soon!

Went there today Very good food amazing people and positive atmosphere. Perfect place to go when…read morethe munchies hit much recommend!

***** PLEASE READ BEFORE EATING HERE *****…read more I normally do not leave Yelp reviews unless an experience is truly bad, but after today I felt people should know before spending their money here. I chose Guadalajara because I had previously tried their food truck at an event and really enjoyed the food. For Mother's Day, my 17-year-old son wanted to do something nice for me and took me there with my other kid and my mother. Unfortunately, the experience was awful from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was completely dead with barely any customers, and the woman working the front register looked irritated that we were even there. She was unfriendly, rude, rushed us while ordering, and made us feel like we were bothering her the entire time. While ordering, we noticed there were no cooks in the kitchen. After we placed our order, she told us they were "running behind" because there were no cooks available. She also got part of our order wrong, specifically the type of meat we requested. When we politely questioned it after seeing the receipt, she immediately became defensive and insisted we ordered it that way, which we absolutely did not. She eventually said she would fix it before the food came out. The problems continued after that. The bathroom had no toilet paper, there were no napkins or utensils available anywhere in the restaurant, and every time we had to ask her for something she acted irritated and inconvenienced. When my food finally arrived, it was extremely spicy. When I asked why, she claimed I had personally requested it extra spicy, which never happened. At that point it became obvious she had rushed through our order and was not listening to anything we were actually asking for. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming the entire time. My mother even went to get napkins from the car because she did not want to "bother" the cashier again due to how rude she was acting. I felt terrible because my son had good intentions bringing me here for Mother's Day, and he honestly felt bad afterward for recommending the restaurant. I appreciated his thoughtfulness, but sadly this experience completely ruined what should have been a nice family meal. I will never return here, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Whether this woman is the owner, a family member, or an employee, management needs to understand that this level of customer service drives people away. Word of mouth matters, and customer service can absolutely ruin a restaurant no matter how good the food may once have been. One star.
