He quickly looked up the flavor of the day and recommended the Blue Raspberry Gelati, an excellent recommendation might I add. The atmosphere was excellent, very busy, but The Meadows and their employees handled the crowd with ease... my wait time to order and get my treats was less than 5 minutes total, my chocolate cone was fantastic and my Gelati was even better. They have quite an assortment of flavors, but their vanilla and strawberry are excellent. I have to drive a distance with them-( No, I'm not getting them anywhere closer), so I have to ask for 'flat tops' instead of their regular open ones, and they nicely hand me some with well secured lids. Eat in or out , the place is clean, and the people working are quite friendly. A bit pricey compared to other big names, but definitely worth it. Maybe a suggestion, if they could come up with a card for us Frequent flyers who go there often, it would definitely be put to good use.

So, I showed up at that time and waited outside in a line with about twenty-five people deep and waited 20 minutes and only about five customers were served. I then went inside and hoped they had a line just for special order pickups. No that would have made good business sense. I was able to catch the attention of one of the baristas and asked about the pickup and she said go back outside and get in line. I left because it would have been at least an hour's wait if not more. So, I called and asked the person, when there was a slow time to come in to pick up the package and she stated there are no slow times at Cuties. I then asked her to cancel the package, and she stated no. I mentioned how it stated on the confirmation about coming in at 9 and she stated I was wrong and it was 9 to 5 and hung up the phone. I called back again and asked about the slow time and she stated after 1pm it is a little slower and I mentioned about the 9am pickup time and she said I was wrong and the email stated 9 to 5 and she hung up. See confirmation email below starting at 9am. In summary, I spent $45 to be told by two rude and ignorant teenage baristas that have no clue how a business operates I was wrong when I was correct. To make things worse, I still must pick up the Valentines package and waste another hour of my life. I will never deal with this company again and look forward to the day it goes out of business. This was not the way I wanted to spend my Valentines day.

I got the cherry chocolate smoothie which was not too sweet, which I liked because it tasted like fresh products and what it exactly says it is. So no added sugars. And then due to it being the start of fall, had fall specials. I got this delicious pumpkin spice bowl that was SO GOOD. I will be returning. I wish I loved closer because I would eat here often!!!
