Joe's Scramble
Irene Y.

I had not been to this location yet but the food quality is always consistent! I tried Joes scramble. It was served with hash browns. The eggs were good well and the spinach and cheese were delicious. We ordered the cracked croissant and it was enjoyable with lots of Flavor Weill return again - be sure to download the app for discounts

Seems like I am always left with decision making for meals and it honestly can be exhausting. But I think Mr G gets frustrated/disappointed when he suggest spots and I'm just like blah about it. His first choice, after looking at their Yelp pics & reviews... I was like "really? This ihop/ Dennys looking @$$ place?!" LOL. If I travel by plane to be here, I am not eating boring forgettable blank. I was a little skeptical about this spot as his other choice but didn't want to discourage him even further so I went with it. Not having any expectations was a good thing. As we waited to be seated I looked over the specials on their written board behind the register. I did like that skillet, can't remember it's name, but I knew it would be way too much. After looking over the menu I choose something a bit lighter and healthier. Mr G had his heart set on burrito so I think he did the build your own option. The one thing I been obsessed about since then was the coffee cake. I don't think I've had a coffee cake like this but it's hard to forget about honestly. I've been watching video after video on coffee cake recipes, I'm completely obsessed. My breakfast plate was really good and filling. Had enough to bring back about half. I went with the waitress suggestion of seasoned potatoes, good call! We highly recommend. Easy to find, convenient parking, lots of spaces. Sweet employees, great value. Highly recommend. BTW there is an option to buy a whole coffee cake, they just need advanced notice. There are reasons lol.

Everytime we are in Las Vegas- we visit our favorite breakfast spot- The Cracked Egg! Never disappoints! My favorite has always been the breakfast burrito (chorizo, peppers, add potatoes!) yum-yum!!!! The pancakes are the way pancakes should be done! Perfectly brown and delish! The coffee was lovely and the coffee cake was wonderful! We had a lovely waitress who you could tell has been there a while- very experienced, attentive, knowledgeable and just wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spot for your next breakfast outing! YUMMERS!

Monte Cristo w/ Hash Browns

For $23 after tax, this portion size is pitiful. Go somewhere else that's actually worth the better quality and portions you can get for the price.

Stopped by this breakfast spot in Green Valley near Smith's, and while it had a good crowd and a bit of a lively vibe, the experience didn't quite live up to the price. The interior is pretty basic--not much in terms of decor, but it's clean and functional. Our server was friendly and checked in a few times, which was nice. I went for the chicken fried steak with hash browns and eggs. The portion was smaller than I expected, and the chicken itself was on the tiny side, but the flavor was decent. They offer refillable coffee, which is always a plus, and the fresh-squeezed orange juice was a nice touch. For the price, though, I expected a bit more--larger portions, maybe a little more attention to detail in the atmosphere, or just something that justified the cost!

Tried the huevos rancheros today with hash browns...both very good. This location is right by Smiths market..so it has lots of parking. Gets busy on the weekends but today there was no wait...got a booth right away. Service was very good, as well. Definitely will be back to try something else.

Came here with friends who were visiting and looking for traditional American breakfast offerings. This place was perfect! Was seated quickly during a Saturday morning and the staff was friendly. No complaints on my Veggie Benny. Liked the good amount of avocados

Amazing breakfast spot near Green Valley. Stopped in for breakfast and we were greeted and seated immediately. Our server took drink orders and brought our fresh/hot coffee immediately. I ordered the "Country Benny" and it was very delicious. Eggs Benedict with sausage and country gravy on top, served with fresh house potatoes. Everything came out very hot and crispy. It was later in the morning and it tasted like the first meal cooked that day. Service was great and food was perfect. 10/10 recommend coming here!

Running errands in the shopping center and stopped for brunch. No problem getting parking. And no problem getting a table qt 9 AM on a Friday. We decided to share a Big Bad Wolf Omelet with a side of potatoes ($18.75). Instead of toast we asked for a bagel with cream cheese ($1.90 add on). Huge portion so easy to split. The omelet was loaded with meats and very tasty. The bagel was a disappointment. David, our server, was very attentive.

Croissant sandwich

I ordered the croissant sandwich with hash browns. The hash browns had no flavor at all i had to add so much salt & pepper to even be able to eat them. The croissant was too overcooked it was kinda burnt or too toasted and so chewy due to it being overcooked. I was not able To enjoy my breakfast . I don't recommend ordering this at all. My son got a chocolate chip pancake he liked it. The service was great our server was excellent.

Stopped in for a little lunch, for a change. Everybody knows how good the breakfast is here however they serve a great lunch menu as well! Sandwiches are fully packed with the freshest meats and such. Burgers are juicy and taste super good! Try one of their soups! Good service in a friendly locally owned business!

Located next to Smiths on Green Valley and 215. The Cracked Egg menu has a good variety of different options, but their coffee cake is why I occasionally stop in for breakfast. The service is good, the food is as well, but I've definitely noticed their portions have downsized and their prices, (like everywhere else) have raised. If you have a sweet tooth like me, order the coffee cake in lieu of a basic side of toast.

I had a very hungry baby and a wife ready to order, so I had to walk to the front just to let the staff know we were there. They genuinely did not realize we had been seated. We also asked for a high chair and that wasn't provided so we had to sit the baby on the pillow in the far right corner of the restaurant. The whole situation felt chaotic, with staff unsure of table numbers and overall flow. Food didn't improve things. The Pastrami Salmon was overly salty, and even the caviar couldn't save it. The Nutella Crepe used a cinnamon batter that tasted strange and we couldn't finish it. There was a $4 upcharge for fruit, which was pre-cut and clearly not fresh. The Sesame Latte didn't taste like sesame at all - just a few seeds sprinkled on top. The chicken battered bacon was extremely salty we used the maple syrup provided to mask the taste. The space had potential, but sticky tables, crumbs on the seats, and an overall unclean feel made it uncomfortable. I honestly don't understand the 4.2-star rating. Maybe it was an off day, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in Henderson. I hope they can improve their organization and consistency.

Makers and Finders is super easy to find, although it is a bit of a windy parking lot to find them, there is ample parking once you get inside. The signage is bright, welcoming, the windows are outfitted with catch phrases and other identifying marks to make sure you do not miss this place at all. As soon as we entered the building, we recruited by the wait staff at the front, who showed us to our table. The interior had a very relaxed vibe to it. Super wide open spaces, great view of the kitchen, and great view of the coffee bar. They also had a takeout service where you could walk right up to the takeout area and get your stuff to go. Along the back wall was a very whimsical and detailed mural as to how the business got to Las Vegas. Do yourself a favor, take a moment and check it out because it is worth the watch. The menu has all kinds of great food items, on this particular day, my girlfriend picked out the the Lox Benny, which had slices of salmon on a potato slice rather than a English muffin. Very ingenious! Very ingenious! The presentation itself was very pretty, and looked almost too good to eat. I opted for the Coconut tray slides pancakes. Which were absolutely wonderful. They came with a fruit compote, and it really helped balance out the sweetness with a little bit of tart from the berries. Of course, we had to have the short rib empanada, with some of the most amazing chimichurri sauce I have ever had. I swear to you, this chimichurri sauce would make an old chew taste good! You are definitely going to want to order more of it as you will want to slather the empanada with as much of it as you can. They're coffee, which is how the business got started in. The first place, is really on point. Not super strong but definitely not on the medium or weak side. It was a perfect starter for the meal. The serve staff was really great, very friendly and fun and made the entire meal experience so fun and welcoming. This is yet another great breakfast spot that you can add to your short list for a lazy Saturday or Sunday morning, or when you have guests in town. You definitely need to put Makers and Fnders on your short list!

We ordered a churro waffle, the Latin hash, a shrimp and garlic empanada, steak and eggs, and chicken fingers with French fries for my picky toddler. We adored each entrée except the empanada; I think I'd try a different flavor next time. The churro waffle was the perfect touch of sweetness to complement our savory dishes. From the espresso bar, we ordered an iced, extra-sweet dulce de leche latte and an iced horchata latte. The coffees were fantastic--the sweetness of the dulce de leche made it a delectable treat. The horchata latte was also a great choice for anyone who enjoys a little cinnamon in their coffee. The service was extremely friendly, and we can understand why the place was so busy. We will definitely be back in the future.

We ordered two cappuccinos, a mocha, two Berries crepes, and the Short Rib Sandwich. The cappuccinos were perfectly balanced with rich espresso and silky foam, while the mocha was smooth, chocolatey, and not overly sweet. The Berries crepes were incredible -- topped with fresh berries, wild berry sauce, and whipped cream, light yet indulgent at the same time. The Short Rib Sandwich completely stole the show: tender braised short rib with Gruyère cheese, Dijon mayo, and arugula tossed in citrus sauce on warm ciabatta. Every bite tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Even with the Mother's Day rush, the atmosphere still felt warm and charming, like a little French café tucked away in Henderson.
