About two years ago I contracted with HomeSpec to have my basement waterproofed. I spent thousands…read more(literally) thousands of dollars for what they did. But what they DID NOT do is WATERPROOF my basement. I had to call them last year when my basement flooded and they sent someone out to drill holes in the brick. I don't know what that was for but it didn't work (evidently) I had to call them again after the rains we've had the past few months...of course they were hesitant they tried to find any reason they could to tell me what is not covered in the warranty under my contract. Hmm now I'm very upset because I think that HomSpec is.....trying to "FEED ME BS" so to speak. I'm persisntant I call again and they send a service manager out with a magnet because maybe there is a drain under my floor that was missed when the tiles were laid. He didn't find a drain. (This is clear rain water not sewage water by the way). When he didn't find a drain under the tiles, he tells me that he's sorry and if the water comes back call them again. The water is BACK. AGAIN!!!!! I am not going to put on this review what I think about HomeSpec but hire them at your own risk. Let's just say these 5 * reviews might be from HomeSpec's family or friends.
