Absolute chaos. No one told us we had to order at the counter so we just sat at our table forever then finally got up and stood in a line up front. The poor kids bringing out the food and teas had no idea what table they were going to, or which tea pot was which kind. You could hear them asking every table what they had and every single one was wrong. When we got our food and drinks straightened out my soup was, no kidding, so hot I couldn't even touch it. The grand finale of this whole terrible experience was that the cramped little building was easily 87° and i had to change my baby on the bathroom floor.... read more

Service is impeccable. Got their 1 person tea service, a cup of veggie chili, and a slice of bread. The tea service comes with a scone of choice and it tastes decent. Got their Dong Ding oolong and it was brewed right. Chili is also flavorful and delicious. Apart from the place is a bit hot on the day I swing by, everything is perfect. Would come again and totally recommend for any tea lovers in the area to swing by and try! read more

Cozy and quaint. I attended a bridal shower here, and it was really a nice experience. The traditional tea party experience was well executed with classic tea pots and tea settings, unique blends of teas offered, and finger sandwiches and baked goods to accompany the tea. I went to meet my dear friend for tea and we had brunch as well. The crustless spanakopita was excellent and she enjoyed her quiche. The lemon poppy scones were excellent with tea. There were others enjoying meals n tea too. Great service and comfortable atmosphere. Dining areas are reopened and servers wore masks. I highly recommend and appreciate having such a lovely space to enjoy time with a friend and a good meal. Ask for china if you want or go quick n easy with paper plates. We had a delightful tea. But be warned, this is a small local place. It is carefully tended and nurtured. It is beautiful. And then it's tea, not a power lunch in Manhattan. When we had Saturday breakfast tea, we were early. We sat on the doorstep 'till 9 and we were the only people here. The clerk was doubling as server. But she was kind and efficient, so it worked. This charming little gem is very sweet and "cozy". An outside patio with a vintage feel of a tea garden adorns the store. Stepping inside definitely brought on a rush of excitement and my nose began leading me to anything and everything their enormous selections. The staff is very knowledgable and feels like your best friend as they help by suggesting new and fitting to your desired mood. The Cozy Tea Cart will now be a highly recommended and visited stop to all my friends and part of my weekly routine. Thank you for an amazing experience. Took a tea blending class here after finding it while googling tea classes. Class was on a Friday at 6:30pm and I'm coming from Boston, so traffic was a mess and a 1hr drive ended up taking 2.5hrs. I've never hung out in NH so I wasn't sure what to expect in and around the town where the Cozy Tea Cart is located. To be honest- after visiting I'm still not sure what else I'd enjoy out there! That said, the Cozy Tea Cart is a gem. The staff are knowledgeable about all things tea! The class was informative, fun and we met a small group of interesting locals. I'm already planning the next visit to take another class- I just wish it was closer! read more

We stopped in here after a hike and it was the perfect place to relax and warm up. The teas are interesting and unique and there are tons of choices. Besides tea, we ordered the cheddar and basil biscuit, the tomato and fresh mozzarella panini, and a chocolate cupcake. The food was delicious, especially the biscuit. It's a super cute place with friendly staff. Obviously it's no fancy five star restaurant but that isn't the point. It's homey and has yummy, casual food as well as a great tea selection. Myself & a guest recently visited. The sign is difficult to see from the road. A teapot shaped "open" flag could alert potential guests that there is a tea shop in this location.Upon entering, there was a foyer and a room on the right left of the foyer. The room on the left was the store(shoppe)where you can select your tea w/the expert help of the owner. There are some tea related items that can be purchased as well as "to go" tea & food items. A small counter top display case had some foods that were available. We were handed home printed menu on an 8 1/2 x 11 inch piece of white computer paper folded in half. There was only 1 person working,we were the only 2 customers. I believe the woman working was the owner. We gave her our food and tea order in the shoppe, then walked over to the room to the of the right foyer (cafe)to wait for our order. I'm not sure if we were supposed to sit &be waited on, but there was direction given by the owner as to the procedure. The Cafe: The room is beautiful, bright, clean, spacious with a lovely gas fireplace, sofa and dining room table, but does not in any way exemplify a traditional tea room atmosphere. It has traditional coffee shop/restaurant tables, no tablecloths, no place settings, no menu, no teacups, no centerpieces. TCTC site calls the room a "cafe". The definition of cafe: a "coffee house, restaurant or bar".Tea: Our tea was brought over to us in a cute teapot w/a timer.We ordered a pot of tea so we could have our tea in traditional tea cups otherwise we would have received paper cups. The timer never went off, but when enough time went by, we poured our delicious tea. There was no silverware,napkins, sugar or creamers on any of the tables. When our food came to the table, we were given napkins,plastic forks and knives, no spoons. My guest had to get up and go into the tea shoppe a to ask the owner for sugar, creamer and a spoon.The owner came in and gave her a huge, unappealing pitcher of skim or low % milk, a bowl of sugar packets &no spoon. The owner never asked if we wanted, milk, cream or skim. My guest settled for the skim milk, and stirred her tea w/the plastic knife she did not want to get up again to get a spoon or cream.The Food. At this time, there is no menu listed on the site. There is a limited selection of delicious sounding items. The food, we were told, is purchased fresh from local vendors, sectioned in portions, frozen and reheated in a microwave and served. I asked for something that had not been frozen. The owner said the ham and cheese croissant was not frozen. My guest ordered a square of the Greek spinach pie (3 x 3 square).Our food was served on beautiful porcelain dishes. When the food arrived at our table, mine was still cold, the spinach pie was still frozen in the middle. We went and got the owner and asked to have the food heated again. The second time around, the food was hot, but the spinach pie was a bit soggy.Note: We were the only two guests in the room during the entire time we were there. There was no traffic going into the shoppe area during that time.Dessert: For dessert we ordered scones, with clotted cream and lemon curd. The scones were also microwaved and taken to us. When they cooled down a bit, the edges were inedible. These items would have fared better if heated in an oven or toaster oven. Our expectations were to go to a tea room with a tea room atmosphere. Have a light, freshly made lunch with soup/sandwich, tea & dessert, served w/silverware, traditional teapot, a sugar bowl w/sugar cubes and tongs & creamer, befitting a tea room. Possibly having some of these items available in the store area for to be purchased by guests as a remembrance of their visit. We were disappointed that none of these expectations were met. Having gone to many tea rooms, we were excited to visit this one. The identity of this "shoppe/cafe" for guests might be confusing. Based on the name of the business, one would expect a cozy Victorian room with baroque music, white tablecloths and bud vases on cozy round tables. It needs to be defined.Is it a tea room, cafe or tea shop.There is no doubt this owner is an expert on tea, and has made quite an investment of time & money. This business needs a chef & a hostess or an attentive waitstaff. On restaurant makeover shows, one of the most important things is service and fresh food. Greeting your guests and seating them with a menu & information on your menu items, at a table that has silverware on it is one of the things that is stressed in making a good first impression.Although the statement from their site is "The Cozy Tea Cart is dedicated to the art of fine tea and the ceremony of tea." You will not find this to be the case unless you take part in one of their 1 per month Sunday tea events.I hope that this review will be taken as constructive feedback on what can be done to improve the business and generate more customers and revenue. read more

4 stars for the food 2 stars for the presentation. I have been to many tea houses, and I expect a pot of tea and a tea cup. I got this because I had the cream tea service (comes with two scones and jams) but others in the party got paper to go cups!! Also all food was served on paper plates and we had plastic silverware. This killed the experience for me. The people there were super nice and helpful, offered to smell the teas before choosing, double checking what was vegetarian, etc. The food was good, especially the deserts (limoncello cake!) I absolutely LOVE this place! My sister and I stopped in yesterday after an afternoon of shopping and it was the perfect way to relax and cap off the afternoon. We had the tea for two -- chocolate hazelnut -- with raspberry and whites chocolate scones. Perfection! The room was decorated for Christmas in an elegant and tasteful way, and background music was unobtrusive and relaxing. I came here with a friend last weekend for a Tea Tasting for Two class. We were surprised to find that it was just the two of us, but we had a very nice experience. Both of us love drinking tea but were fairly new to the idea of anything beyond what you buy in a grocery store. We learned a lot about the process of making tea and where it comes from, how to brew different kinds, etc. It was great! The tea samples we tried were excellent and while we were the only ones in the dining area (and it was still early - before lunchtime), the shop side seemed to have a steady stream of patrons. We bought some tea to take home. The menu on the cafe side looked pretty extensive to me for such a small place; I was impressed. And the selection of teas in the shop is vast, in my opinion. While some patrons' tea was served in lovely pots with pretty cups, we were served in gas station style paper cups. Tea was flavorless and served so hot it took forever to cool down enough to even touch the cup. Our sandwiches were greasy, served on paper plates with plastic utensils and appeared to have been microwaved. There was nothing served with the sandwich at all - just a greasy sandwich thrown on a cheap plate. We had driven over a half an hour to enjoy a nice lunch and tea and we would have had better off at the 7 Eleven around the corner. Very disappointing. read more

Went with a group of 15. Had pre-ordered our lunch, only had to specify tea selections. Still had to wait forever for meals. Soups were cold, I had ordered ham sandwich they had to swap for turkey. With 4 days notice they couldn't get deli meat that I had requested. When it came time to pay, there was just one cashier and she was grumpy because she was alone. Wait staff was nice but insufficient for a large party and their regular business. For next year's tea party we will be happy to travel farther. read more

So I entered the shop and found the dining room was closed. I get that it's COVID but all of the signs around the shop aren't exactly obvious to see. I saw a couple walk in before me and get told to use the hand sanitizer. All they had though was a measly sign telling you to use it that even I would have missed. I started looking around the shop and found everything seemed very over priced so I didn't buy any merchandise. Eventually I went to the front to buy tea but the owner was rude and kept rolling her eyes at me. Her tone of voice made me feel like she was annoyed with me. Not very good customer service. You shouldn't scare away your customers. I had just asked her what Smokey black tea was. She just said it was a black tea and left it at that. I ended up buying some since I came out of my way to come to the shop in the first place. First off the tea is horrible and tastes like somebody lit tea on fire which I would have known if she had said what was in the tea. Second off I feel like the owner should learn from the nice brown haired girl. She was super nice and helpful when she bagged my tea. I don't know her name but I wish she was the one who greeted me when I came in. I don't recommend the trip to this place it was a waste of gas and I had come from 1 hour away. read more

If you are looking for an example of a business run by someone with passion about the subject matter who also has zero business sense, the Cozy Tea Cart is for you. First I will say that Danielle is so nice and so helpful. She knows tea and, I believe wants to share her passion for tea. But the business is so poorly run. We went there yesterday and it was a bizarre scene. Customers waiting forever at the register. The layout is bad and actually causes congestion in the store. The retail portion NEEDS to be separated from the café portion. This is a huge problem. If you walk into the café portion and think someone will be there to serve you like they would in a real café - you are wrong. You'll sit there until you realize on your own that you have to go stand in the retail line (that takes forever) to order anything. And, for some reason, it takes an inordinate amount of time to buy anything in the retail side. One woman is on her phone and ringing people out. Another young worker just keeps walking back and forth from the kitchen to behind the register and then randomly picks a customer to help. A third worker is slicing cake in the kitchen and the line at the register is out the door and people have been standing in line for over 10 minutes. I understand the wall of tea and the "samples". But are you supposed to get on your knees to see the teas on the bottom shelf. There are so many better ways to do this. It's just a poor display design. And there were people grabbing "samples" and taking them to the register to get tea. So, what are others to do while the "samples" are gone? Just guess at the smell of the teas that are missing? Why don't they have cards listing all the available teas. Then a customer can check off on a card what teas they want and take the card to the register and the "samples" will be left on the display for others to sniff. And there is no reason to have the containers of tea where the samples are. The register is poorly located (just inside the retail space door). Workers have to walk through the retail space to get to the kitchen - adding to the congestion - and the line for the register blocks people entering he store. And the register area takes up way too much space in such a small store. Now, if you go to the store when no other customers are there, you'll have a great experience. If there are more than a few customers - it'll suck. And it's really too bad because it could so easily be a great place with just a little reorganization that incorporates a focus on customer service. But with so many places to buy tea, there is no reason for me to go back. read more

The place is cute and cozy. A very nice tea house in the middle of nowhere, literally. There's a nice tea room with a fireplace and large windows overlooking a wooded area (though one of the windows overlooks the parking lot, but what can you do?). The owner, Danielle, maintains a neat little garden, which looks very nice. And there is a large selection of (loose) teas from around the world. The packaged cookies are nice (and tiny...). That's the good. The bad: Food and service. The owner claims to have a Swiss "chef" and, if that's the case, what happened to that person? Did he/she suffer some kind of stroke which left them unable to prepare decent food? We ordered quiche and tourtière (a French-Canadian traditional meat pie). Both were appalling. The tourtière was bad enough but the quiche... OMG, how can you call it a quiche! Jeez. And the portions are this tiny. Really. My date ordered the chili as well, which tasted pretty much like canned chili: bland and was served, you guessed it, in a paper cup. We had to ask for an actual tea pot and china cups (the owner was about to serve our teas in paper cups even though we had said "to stay"). I mean, at least give your guests the choice! The food was served on paper plates and we had to use very flimsy plastic forks. This is not a place where people would steal her cutlery and she does have a dishwasher. Oh! And no teaspoon was brought to the table. High prices and pathetic service. That explains why the place was empty at tea time. I mean, why invest all that money and effort in a "special" tea house to offer same service as Dunkin Donuts? Really. Will not return. read more

My husband and I went for lunch and I must say, we LOVED IT! We loved the tea and food. Sure, it came on paper plates and cups (we didn't mind) but our tea came out in nice China. The quiche did come out a small size, but had my husband known, he would have just doubled his order. He ended up getting a scone after his quiche. He loved them both. I had the Harvest salad. I loved it! The little tea store was also fun. We got four different teas to try. The staff was nice and friendly and knew so much about the tea. Everyone should go. such varied reviews, i think you have to accept what this is, a TEA specialty shop and that seems the passion here, we stopped in recently on a rainy morning and were somewhat overwhelmed by the shear variety available....wife chose a tea which she enjoyed and i stayed with an iced coffee, we had a piece of tourtier and some greek spinach pie....good...nice spot to stop and get some tea and maybe just relax a bit!!! read more

My mother had been excited to take me here for months. I understand, probably more than most, that these current times are difficult. We ate outside, no other guests came while we were there. The tables and chairs were covered in spiders and their webs, no umbrellas were up on a sunny near 90 degree day and the tables hadn't been wiped down in at least a week possibly longer. I overlooked all of this and set my newborn down in his car seat on the black bark mulch to wipe away the cobwebs and ants from the table and put the umbrella up to shade us a little. When I picked my son up, I noticed my feet and his car seat were covered in black mulch and dirt. Again, we're eating outside so, I overlooked it. We received our food very quickly. My sandwich was very tasty, my quiche was edible but I wouldn't order it again. My mother's sandwich was pitiful. A soggy apple on bread with no sight of the cheese that was supposed to be there. We paid and tipped. This is where I stopped being so understanding. We called the staff and asked if we could come into the gift shop. They explained that masks were required. Again, I understand with everything going on... however, I medically cannot wear one and after explaining this to the manager she persisted in saying that we were not welcomed in without a mask. Now, we were there about an hour and a half. We saw 3 staff but not one customer other than ourselves. Staff were all wearing masks. The one staff that didn't hesitate to come take her tip from me was closer to me than I would have been to anyone in the store but, still I was not allowed without a mask regardless of stating I had a medical condition preventing me from wearing one. As a reminder, it is a federal offense to discriminate due to a medical issue. The ADA protects from these discriminations and businesses can be fined up to $75,000 or more. Again, i understand the current situation but, if I had brought my service dog, would I not be allowed to bring her in? Instead of pushing the issue and filing a very deserving discrimination claim with the Americans with Disabilities Act, i will let it slide but, i will also never give them my business again. read more

Brookline is a tiny town. We have a tea house. It's adorable. How sweet is that? I don't know how the other reviewers ended up with paper serving ware! My experience there has always been lovely. I've always had a pot of tea. (If I need anything, I just ask -- even for a prettier cup.) I'm also a huge fan of the gift shop. The items are lovely, but what I like best is the range of prices. You can find a lovely trinket for a couple of dollars. I found ceramic spoons with lovely flowers on the handles, sent them straight to my sister-in-law and my niece. I go there for birthday gifts and it's a regular holiday stop for stocking-stuffers. I'm throwing a tea party there later this month. It's a unique local business, and they took the risk of having it not in Amherst. I say hurrah for the Cozy. read more

I've been visiting the tea shop religiously since it opened at its new location. I think it's wonderful. It's superb in selection of teas, the food is delicious. The shop and seating area is clean, the decor relaxing and the music soothing. I was pretty shocked the read the negative reviews here. Speaking as one who never went elsewhere, I had no overly pretentious expectations like a few of the other reviewers had. So my review is based on this shop alone, not compared to anywhere else. The tea is excellent - especially the oolongs and flavored greens! The owner is a wealth of warmth, knowledge and courtesy. There was only one employee there that I was not too fond of because she seemed a little moody, but I haven't seen her in a long time, assume she's no longer there and the other employees are kind and courteous and prompt. There's a new employee that I absolutely love - she's very attentive and thoughtful. I've enjoyed my tea there and they've supplied me with a little tea timer, plate and spoon so my tea will be just right when its done steeping. I enjoy the selection of pastries, cookies and especially gluten free options. On days when I didn't want tea in the summer, I went there just for the Jakes Ice Cream. Win win! Those who knocked off points for being served in paper cups - I don't understand why they didn't just ask for china service instead of letting the shop guess that they are staying there to drink the tea instead of taking it to go. I like the paper cups because I don't always finish my tea in the seating area and have to take it on the road with me. My husband and I wanted to buy different teas for ourselves and as gifts for friends. When we entered the store, no friendly hello. It took minutes before we were approached although the store was empty. The person who served us told us that she was new and did not exactly know about the different types of tea. Meanwhile, two women had entered the store. The owner started a conversation with them and was no longer in this world when she was asked about a commercial she was seen on TV. She couldn't stop talking about it. From this time we were forgotten and not seen. The owner and the staff chatted for more than 20 minutes and we waited the whole time to be served (don't forget, we where the first people in the store, before two ladies entered the store). We left the store and didn't (couldn't) buy anything. Never again "The cozy tea cart". Employees are incompetent and the owner is a garrulous woman who has no eye for paying customers. read more

This is our second visit to the Cozy Tea cart . I had the organic chai tea served in a tea pot with a timer and a very pretty China cup and saucer . For lunch I had the chili con carne which was served in a disposable bowl . My first taste of it and it was barely warm and it seems like it was microwaved :( I stirred it up and it seemed to be warm enough but I would have preferred it to come out hot . My friend ordered the same thing as me .We both ordered the mushroom and cheese panini and took one bite and the mushrooms were cold . I'm talking refrigerator cold and bread was dry . Yuck ! ( Not the paninis that I'm used to getting ) It took a while for someone to come and we told her our sandwiches were cold . The lady was very nice and remade our sandwiches as the girl who made our first ones was a new girl .I would have preferred something else at that point because getting a mouthful of cold mushrooms grossed me out but the lady insisted she would make some nice ones .our new sandwiches were plenty hot and ok. For dessert I had a chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting . Cupcake was good! Overall service here is very slow and it takes a long time for them to check on you to see if everything is ok . We decided next time to have lunch someplace else and just come here for the tea and a dessert! It's a really cute place . I just wish they put more into their food . I was bothered by use of paper plates & cups; I felt it cheapened the tea room experience - especially since the reason is due to an inadequate septic system (who buys a restaurant location that doesn't have adequate septic?). Brought my mom here the day before Mothers day but we were quite disappointed in the experience. It was a very cozy, quaint place but for many reasons, we won't be returning. Upon entering, we weren't greeted, no "hello". When seated, we were told that due to issues with water or town sewerage, that on weekends they serve on paper not plateware. We were shocked at this because after all, this was a tea place and the most important part of the experience is having tea in a little delicate ceramic tea cup! They did agree to serve us tea in cups but the rest of our meal was all in paper (utensils, napkins etc). While I understand the importance of conservation, it would have been helpful to know that that this is an issue on weekends as it may have impacted our decision to come during the week perhaps. We have been to many tea houses before so I dont' consider myself new to the etiquette but we were not served sugar or honey with our tea, no spoons, etc. We had to desperately get up and search the restaraunt for sugar bags (no honey in sight). They also didn't explain well the options of how they serve tea in pots or by the cup, etc. so we each got a tiny pot of tea that didnt' serve much at all. Our tea went cold shortly into our meal and wasn't replenished which was disappointing also. Though the food was good, my mom's soup was served luke warm; had to be reheated. Ordered a cherry almond turnover warm and it was served cold, and was blueberry! Service was slow(and not many customers present in dining room) and while we were in no rush because we wanted to enjoy our experience and afternoon, we were anxious to leave because we were so disappointed. On the plus side, there are many options to choose from- great selection of teas and meal options on the menu but we wont' be returning. Beautiful and relaxing experience, and I've been in tea rooms... well, just about everywhere! Stunning decor, and such a relaxing atmosphere. Found this place via internet while on a long road trip, and it was a relief to sit in such a beautiful, soothing spot to enjoy tea service. Very clean, and elegantly decorated. Tried a black tea and a green tea, and they have LOADS to choose from... far more than the usual English tea rooms. Also had a small hot tourtiere, creme pastry, and some petit fours. All were delectable, I could not have asked for more. Service was attentive and sweet, even helped me with the free WiFi, which was a nice bonus to check a few things online while I enjoyed my selections. I know some folks getting a whole POT of tea, but I liked being able to pick and choose, sampling new things I hadn't tasted before. They also have an amazing array of tea products and supplies... I come here all the time with family and friends. The tea menu has a very wide selection and I enjoy trying new types of tea every time I come in. Their scones and homemade bread with the lemon curd and clotted cream are excellent. The products and treats in their shop make fantastic gifts for any tea lover. Definitely check it out! read more

Classy deco & broadest assortment of teas I've ever seen in a tea house. Although not obvious, they also have a wonderful food menu. Great service & music. Only thing I'd change is serving drinks/food on flatware (instead of paper). read more

Came in yesterday with a large group for lunch--we had a group reservation. First the tea room: we chose to just order tea and lunch off the menu. They do offer a tea service for a flat fee which is pretty reasonable. Everything is homemade on the menu, a large array of sweets are mostly scones, pastries, cupcakes, cakes, cheese cakes, both on the menu and on the seasonal menu. They have a more limited menu of savory items including a ham and cheese croissant and a traditional Canadian meat pie, and also a nice selection of salads. To note, they have a pretty diverse offering of gluten free items as well. There is a very large tea menu, they give you the tea in a paper cup with a timer and a small saucer for the tea bag/sachet and you can then pour it into a china cup. They used paper plates & plastic silverware--it was fine but more casual but to note, the kitchen is pretty small and this might be part of the issue. The shop: Is lovely, they have a whole line of their own blends of teas offered in the tea room, plus tea themed stationary, gifts, jewelry, as well as locally made honey, soaps and a number of other items. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely visit again if in the area, and to note: very nearby there is the Andres Art Institute -- a lovely sculpture park/trails just up the road (not even five minutes away). read more

This place is beautifully decorated but an absolute travesty. A tea house is a place to relax and enjoy your tea, but here they'll fill your tea pot only half way(half the time it tastes like they skimped on the actual leaves), give you overpriced, (poorly) microwaved food that takes forever to receive, and if you order one of those little sandwiches, it'll come out of the "kitchen" half burnt, cheese not fully melted, and swimming with grease. The owner says that they have issues with the plumbing that prevents them from giving customers actual utensils, plates, cups etc., so unless you order a tea service, you're receiving the cheapest looking plastic utensils, flimsy paper plates, and a plastic cup for your watered down iced tea. They can't even be bothered to buy colorful plastic utensils at the very least. You can buy a bunch of food and tea, but when it gets busy, the owner will "subtly" try to get you to leave and eventually have her server go up to your table when you're still eating and the tea is only half finished to ask if you're ready for the check yet. A tip for when you go to The Cozy Tea Cart, it might be a good idea to bring your own packets of regular sugar because there's a chance they will be all out. I have given this business a fair chance by going there about four times just to see if it was an off day for them, but each time there seems to be a multitude of problems that arise. I feel that if it is such an issue to properly take care of your customers, cut the service down to only special events or stick with the just the gift shop. For the money you pay as a customer, the quality of the food and service shouldn't be anything less than stellar. read more

I love love love this store! My family and I visited this tea shop in July and it's set in a beautiful location. The interior of the store is beautiful as well. There were lots of samples to taste in the retail room and tons of teas to choose from along the wall. After buying some loose tea, we went into the dining room and had pots of tea and delicious pastries (I think I had a scone). The food was served on china. Yes, there was only one woman working the two rooms, so the whole experience was a leisurely one, but I didn't find that a detraction. We also enjoyed the tiny zen sand gardens provided that you could design and draw in. I can't wait to return. read more
