Viking Wood Floors were the most responsive, easy to communicate with, and reasonably priced. Since we were still living an hour away, Kirk made sure to update us via text with pictures. He was also happy to let in our plumber to do a water heater replacement and bring in packages for us as needed. At one point, it turned out there was some miscommunication where the stair treads were refinished instead of replaced. Despite the miscommunication being my fault, Kirk was happy to get it done in time without charging us for finishing the treads again. Everything wrapped up just in time and the floors look great. They came out and went over exactly what I wanted to do, gave me options, and then said they would send the quote. Got the quote quickly and proceeded from there. I wanted to rip out the 60 Year old floor in my kitchen and have the floor match the existing hardwood floors in the living room and dining room since all the rooms are now open and flow into one another.
