This place used to be really good. The employees seemed to genuinely love their jobs, were knowledgeable, and you could tell they cared about the animals. Unfortunately, the last couple of times I've visited, I've noticed a huge difference. The reptile enclosures have been absolutely filthy, and the employees don't seem to have the same level of care or knowledge as they did before. I understand this is a pet store and that animals may sell quickly, but that doesn't mean their enclosures should be neglected in the meantime. These animals still deserve clean enclosures and proper setups while they're in your care. It's disappointing because this used to be a place I really enjoyed visiting, and I hope they can get back to the level of care they once had..
