Pork Fracese

First off, we had no reservations and the little place was pretty busy, but they found us a table immediately. The restaurant is very cute and elegant, but fun at the same time. Our waitress (the owner) was amazing and made our special anniversary night even more special! It is BYOB and we didn't know that, but when I asked about wine, she found and brought us out two glasses of white wine, no charge! She explained the food expertly and with passion, the food all came out delicious and the cheesecake was fantastic as well. If we weren't just visiting Bisbee, we would be here often! Cannot recommend enough!!!

If you are looking for something intimate, quaint and upscale with a bit of down home, make your reservations early for The Copper Pig. Only open 4 days per week and if you would like some wine with your meal, pay the 10$ cork fee and bring your own! Great food and great service!

We've gotten in the habit of traveling to Bisbee once a week to enjoy the fantastic food in a cozy atmosphere with great service. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Wow, not even sure how to start this review this place was so amazing. If you like Cafe Roka- then you'll like Copper Pig! My family all lives out of town and we came here with our family friends per their recommendation and wow we LOVED IT. It is BYOB- bring your own beer (or wine) A short distance away, Bisbee has great selections of wine to pickup on your way here. This restaurant sits in Warren. Portion size was amazing! Everything the table had was delicious. They do start the table with bread and butter. We also tried some appetizers - the soup starter and the salad starter which were delicious. The ambiance is just on point. If you're looking for a romantic evening with your significant other or looking for a lovely evening with friends and family this is the place! The ambiance is definitely more relaxed, romantic vibes- definitely more on the fine dining side I would say! Service was equally amazing, this server specifically remembered our family friend's names (they have been there before) but I think that is just so nice and says a lot about a server. Courses were severed in a reasonable timely fashion one after another with some time in between. It was timed absolutely perfectly. We also had a large group of 8, which they accommodated. I HIGHLY recommend putting in a reservation. They're open only specific days and hours and this is not a big restaurant, so I highly recommend putting in reservations ahead of time! All around 10/10 highly recommend the Copper Pig! Make sure you try their Blueberry Dessert!!

Pork Shank, scalloped potatoes, tomato juslie. Yellow Fiin Tuna, Pork Francese, Jambalaya. the tuna pic was too blurry... Service excellent and loved the artwork and general decor.

Great food and service. It's well worth a visit when in Bisbee. It's in Lowell, just a bit south of downtown.

It was hard to have a conversation or even hear the server at times because of the live music out in the common area of the space. The music was good, it was just rather loud. Otherwise the vibe of the space if enjoyable with its nostalgia and stuff. In the past I've ranked my experience five stars but I had to bring it down a notch. I had the meatloaf dinner and my husband had Copper(something) pasta dish. Both were lukewarm at best. The flavors were still good but it wasn't a hot dish by any means, and the meatloaf was a bit saltier than I remember. For the pasta dish, the warm bread was hotter than the pasta dish itself. We didn't send it back because I noticed the server was handling dishes returned to the kitchen at the next table, and our dishes weren't cold or anything, they were just warm. I still maintain they absolutely deserve four stars because I suspect the kitchen might have been having an off night and the food was very good (just the meatloaf was a tad salty). We really enjoyed the mushroom appetizer and the beer selection is excellent.

Between the live music and the old historic vibe, I think it's one of the coolest experiences in town! The history behind the place is also really interesting. It's the second-oldest restaurant in Arizona and opened in 1880. The building used to be the Grand Hotel before it burned down in 1882 & was rebuilt, and there's a lot of history connected to it. The food isn't luxury dining, but I've never been disappointed with a burger or sandwich with some onion rings (really tasty btw). My girlfriend also loves the Macho Nachos. Overall it's just a fun spot with good prices, good service, and a Wild West-sized load of character

I'd have to say that if for no reason other than atmosphere alone, Big Nose Kate's Saloon earns its…read morefive stars! Even on a Tuesday afternoon in mid-April, this joint was bustling with live music, servers rushing about in their period costumes, and the chatter of happy patrons enjoying themselves and taking it all in. Whether a lover of frontier history, western cinema, or just plain ol' drinking in a genuine saloon, Big Nose Kate's screams, "WELCOME TO THE TOWN TOO TOUGH TO DIE!" Upon entering, our party was seated in a raised section above the main floor near the front windows. It was an excellent spot to see all the action (including a monitor playing the movie Tombstone, BTW) as we perused the menu of appetizers, entrees, and libations. The selection of specialty drinks was impressive, though I opted for a simple "Big Ass" draft pilsner (flavorful and locally brewed). My wife did order a Cowboy Sangria - and it appears wimpy drinks "don't go around here, Law Dog," because she thought it was good but a bit too strong. I actually had to finish it for her. (Such a chivalrous sacrifice!) But don't assume that Kate's is just a drinking establishment; there's quite a variety of eats, as well. Good-sized, tasty looking burgers and sandwiches passed by our table, which were tempting; however, not being overly hungry, we decided to sample a few of their appetizers as we moved on to another round of beers. The Buffalo Wings were good but nothing really special. The Soft Pretzel Basket - actually one HUGE pretzel served with cheese and mustard sauces - was warm, salty, and much bigger than anyone anticipated. It was enjoyed by our entire table. When visiting, don't neglect a trip to the gift shop, which can be accessed from a spiral staircase right in the center of the dining area. Their menu recounts that a part of this underground area was once the abode of the saloon's swamper, and you can even view his living cubby and mining tunnel when below. Of course, there's lots of branded swag available for sale down there, too! Big Nose Kate's Saloon is a must-see stop for Tombstone visitors. Priced aren't exorbitant, portions are generous, and the food and drinks are pretty darned good, as was evident from the satisfied looks of the diners and drinkers around us . You may even be approached by Steve, who offers FREE photos (from your personal camera or phone) with props and piano-top poses - now how can you beat that value? Make it a point to come on in, belly up to the bar, and enjoy the saloon's hospitality.

You order at a counter here and the line was a bit long, but moved in good time. To say the place is basic is an understatement. Staff is friendly and efficient so things do move along. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with a spicy mac and cheese side, plus a lemonade. It came as a 'meal' with one price, and on the higher price side too. After sitting down the meal arrived pronto, in almost a shockingly short time. So they obviously have it down pat. The sandwich was just OK. A bit dry and on a plain bun it didn't hit the mark. The sauce was not that impressive either. Ths side of mac and cheese was slightly better, but not as spicy as I had hoped. It gets rave reviews from the locals. Hmmm. I'd try this place again but it's not going to rise above being what it is, a simple and rather underwhelming BBQ joint.

Before dining at Tombstone's Longhorn Restaurant, I read the varied reviews. I'm not sure if the…read moredining experience differs due to the increased weekend crowds, but our weekday visits (yes, plural) were positive. Freshly arrived from checking-in to our nearby hotel and thirsty from the 8-hour drive, our party decided to grab cocktails and a bite to eat somewhere along Allen Street. We quickly realized that most shops and businesses close around 5 o'clock (which was approaching), so choosing the Longhorn, with its extended hours and large menu, was a no-brainer. We started with a couple of Bloody Marys and a blooming onion appetizer. The Marys weren't particularly spicy but were well-made and traditionally garnished. For an extra charge ($5.00, I believe) you could even purchase a souvenir glass. The blooming onion was also prepared well - not greasy - and came with a tasty dipping sauce I also used on other foodstuffs later. For dinner, my wife and I split the Dunkin' Burger (with french fries) while our friends ordered the New York Steak, baked potato, and a salad. I, personally, didn't think the dipping au jus did anything for our burger since the Angus patty was flavorful and the Texas Toast was soft and crunchy, so I opted to spread some of the onion's heretofore mentioned dipping sauce on it, instead. No complaints from our friends on their steak, which was still sizzling upon presentation and came with a large dollop of garlic butter. Do note, the Longhorn charges a plate-splitting fee, but we were informed of this in advance. We waddled out stuffed and satisfied. The following morning, we found that most businesses didn't open until 10 o'clock; so, being early risers, back it was to the Longhorn for breakfast! I was really blown away by the Country Fried Angus Steak and Eggs I ordered. Hefty, thick yet tender, and topped with a rich country gravy, the steak took up the entire plate (leaving room for the eggs only on top of it all). My wife's simple order of French Toast and bacon paled in comparison, though it was equally to her liking. It was a great way to start our long-anticipated day of exploring Tombstone's shops and attractions. The restaurant's decor beckons diners to explore Tombstone's history through the period photographs, artwork, and artifacts that adorn the walls in the two main dining areas. The backlit stained-glass murals are beautiful, casting a golden glow throughout the interior, and the furnishings perfectly reinforce the town's western motif. Another praiseworthy facet of the Longhorn Restaurant is the staff. Our two servers, Melissa for dinner and Shelby for breakfast the following morning, were so sweet. Melissa, learning we had just arrived into town, offered to snap several seated photos of us, and Shelby gave us a variety of suggestions for points of interest, attractions, and events that would be taking place the day we were there. Our sincere appreciation is extended to both these friendly, hardworking ladies! In all, we really enjoyed both our visits to the Longhorn Restaurant. Prices were actually cheaper than what we anticipated in a town relying largely on tourist dollars, the food and service were on point, and the overall vibe fell right in line with what a lover of western history would expect. Thanks to all; we hope to visit you again next trip!
