This location has a special place in my heart because I remember when they opened in Cottleville back in 2012. I actually watched the Coming Soon banner in front of the store when I drove by to work while I was pregnant. When I went on maternity leave, I would take my brand-new baby there, then sit in the car with her and eat my donut and drink my chocolate milk. It was our little outing together. When I returned to work, I would sometimes treat myself to an Old Fashioned donut on Fridays, and sometimes even the flavor of the day. I don't think they do that any more and I really miss the flavor-of-the-day donuts! One of my favorites was the peanut butter flavor. I've watched this location grow over the years and add more drinks and other options, but one thing has never changed: the donuts are still delicious. Some of the staff members have even been here since the beginning, which adds to that feeling of familiarity and belonging whenever I stop in. There are a few parking spots right in front of the door. You can order at the counter and eat in. They also have a refrigerated and frozen section with many dairy products to go. On my visit, everything was clean, it was fairly quiet, and the vanilla scent was intoxicating. Service has always been good at this location on my visits.
