Eric was very fast. I had a laptop with a harddrive that was failing and wanted some of my files. I dropped it off at 4:30pm and he kept me informed and let me know as things occured. Apparently there was a lot of wear and tear that physically damaged it and when he looked into it, he was not super confident he could get to the data. 5 plus stars. Can you give ten stars? My high schooler daughters MacBook Air "mysteriously" broke (she sat on it- I think- and, well...you know the rest). Took to another "reputable" repair shop and they quoted me an astronomical amount with no guarantee that they would be able to get anywhere with it. My hard drive crashed, called the Computer Guy, based on Yelp rating. He told me on the phone what he thought the problem was, guaranteed to fix it at a set cost, and told me where to drop the computer off. This was Labor Day weekend and I really needed this for work- all files were essentially lost. My back up drive (Seagate) also was not working- do not buy a Seagate back up drive- they suck. 2 days later i have my computer back, with all files including Outlook fully operational and working 10 times faster than before. Eric was so nice. I lost all of my puppy pictures of my dog who recently passed away when my MacBook died years ago.
