I will be forever grateful to the wonderful people at Epoch IT. My laptop was hacked and I…read moresearched for computer services and saw Epoch listed. I called and the woman who answered (second ring, by the way, no long drawn-out introduction message) listened patiently and empathetically as I went on, and on, and on, about how embarrassed I was and I knew better, etc. She assured me Epoch would be happy to make it all better. No pressure or hype, just bring the laptop in and Epoch will take care of getting rid of any malicious software that the hackers loaded onto my hard drive. I did that and in less than 24 hours (yes, a little $$$ extra for expedited service) my laptop was clean as a whistle. Matt and Doo Yen were wonderful. So pleasant and patient which is exactly what I needed. This hacking event spurred me on to get a new desktop and Matt came and picked up both the old and the new desktop and brought it back the next day with all of my files loaded onto my new machine. Matt made it easy for me to access all of my files which is amazing if you've ever had to bring all of your files over from an old computer to a new one. I am up and running again (I work part time for a lawyer) and I feel assured my machines are clean and running at peak speed and Epoch turned a very stressful situation into a happy ending. I needed the battery replaced in my smart watch, I searched online and also went to several watch…read morerepair stores, couldn't find anyone to do it. Got a recommendation to try Girls Fix it. While the battery was replaced, and the watch is working fine the communication left much to be desired. Dropped off watch on Saturday, was told battery should arrive Monday. Okay, that set the expectation the watch would be ready sometime by the end of week at least. Crickets! The following Saturday I reached out for a status update. Response was battery was received, will test today or tomorrow, meaning Sat or Sun. Monday got a text that battery was replaced, and watch was turning on. I then asked when I can pick watch up. Response, I'm homebound until the 9th of Dec, however, can have watch delivered. I asked who would pay delivery charge, response, we will cover $15. I opted to pick watch up from same location I dropped it off as I live a 25-minute drive away and I'm not up on Uber deliver charges. We agreed on time and date. Day of pickup I receive a text at 2:45 (5 o'clock pickup) stating we're coordinating with someone to meet me at designated time and place. At pickup time I receive a text that I fell asleep. I then opted to wait for Uber delivery. Watch was delivered about 6pm, waited an hour. Communication is key to good customer service!!!!

We found him randomly at a time when my elderly mom was having a lot of computer issues and was getting confused easily. Which can be scary given the world of scammers looking to take advantage of elderly folks online, etc. I live far away from my mom so couldn't help her directly, but happened to meet Mitch when I was in town when we needed someone and now I have him go help my mom all the time. From everything to do with the printer, her phone, her computer, her wireless router, even her cable TV. And now I have him helping my elderly Aunt - again across all the electronics and computer and phone kinds of things. I'm super super grateful for his services.
