A total great experience!!…read more Welcomed upon arrival and seated promptly with a reservation (suggested). Welcoming decor and staff was friendly throughout visit. The food! Meatball appetizer, big and rich in flavor with meatballs not too soft or hard. Great with warm bread that was provided. Main course was beyond big and easily two meals on each platting. Chicken parm was tender and nicely seasoned with pasta side. I had a special of peppers and onions in a spicy red sauce with crumbled sausage and bucatini as the pasta. It was cooked well and had a nice warm spice, but not over powering heat, easily two meals. Drink prices were market priced with a wine $ 8.00 for a good pour. Server was personable and attentive throughout our visit. It would appear the kitchen is small and staffed accordingly. I hear they limit take out orders when very busy and best to call ahead for complete info on a weekend. Overall great experience and will visit again.

It's a big open room with a moderately sized and full-service bar. The food is well-made traditional Italian with generous portions. We've tried a lot of the menu and haven't been disappointed. The meatballs are great. The wait staff are attentive, conscientious and clearly care about your experience. This is a family place, but dress appropriately and only bring your kids if they're well behaved. This isn't a place for unruly toddlers or crying babies. Make a reservation a few days in advance and show up 15-20 minutes early. You'll be happy you did and happy you came here.

Meat balls and sausage to die for. Outstanding, believe me.

Even with the unexpectedly larger portions, our dinner was still rather disappointing. My pizza was undercooked, no golden brown crust & chewy dough. My mom's pizza was very salty. My dad's calzone was underdone as well with chewy dough that also wasn't seasoned. It was $30 for the MEDIUMS, not the smalls we ordered, and the calzone that we went and picked up. After this experience, we'll probably order from Dominos or one of the other local pizza shops before we go back to Giavano's.

It felt very familiar oriented! I'm glad it's under new management! I've looking forward to having another meal from Giavano's Pizzeria! Ordered a couple times since the first time. Their food is very inconsistent one time it's great and the next it's nasty tonight I ordered a spicy calzone the crust. My husband just ordered her 4/13/19 I told him to cancel the pizza because every time we get their pizza it's burnt on the bottom.

Pizza Hut in the Town of Fort Edward…read more.. 6.99 for a buffet and kids eat free? Cha brah, I'll check it. Pizza was hot and seemed fresh. The salad bar was clean, fresh, and tasted as some. The pasta doesn't hold well under those heat lamps with no water board under (I'm assuming there was no water board based on how dry, or not enough water.) But it was still delicious. So I accept. The staff was friendly and greeted us promptly. We order from them fairly regularly and have not had a single problem. Consistent.

We came for the buffet and spent about 8 minutes standing at the podium waiting to be seated. My husband had to flag another employee down, because the person on the register was ignoring us and didn't even greet us when we entered. A woman who was subbing from another store helped us get seated and told us someone would be over shortly to get us started with our drinks. It was alas the woman who ignored us. We had to get up to ask for our drinks. While walking to our table, the mood was set, I counted 6 empty tables of dirty plates and dishes. The buffet wasn't refilled at all after 12:40 pm with the one refill being one pizza and some cinnamon sticks even though it's open until 1:30 pm and they had 4 people still dining on the buffet. At around 1:37 pm Erickaa swooped into the pizza buffet when she thought no one was looking and grabbed a slice of pizza with her hand and walked away while eating it on the floor. At the end of buffet there was 3 slices of pizza and 2 tiny bread sticks left. During our experience, it was nice to see a manager interviewing for additional help, but they didn't get on their staff about handling the dining room or ensuring guest experience. The woman subbing from another store was amazingly helpful and was really friendly. So while the game room looks exciting, I'm hesitant of bringing my family because I don't want them to think this is the type of service they should expect when going out for a nice lunch or dinner experience. I'm always up for a good Pizza Hut buffet, but I'm seriously wondering about the value.
