You can easily sub out alternate milks, even on the seasonal specialty drinks. I appreciate the themes and play on the seasons. And also just simple but delicious drinks like the Nitro Lavender Vanilla Oat Latte. The seating can be a huge issue. I seem to always stumble in during peak, maybe? There seems to be plenty of space but no seating/tables. Many tables for 2 or 4 would be taken by 1-2 people studying/working all day, which is understandable but still frustrating. It was piping hot with a hint of sweetness and a full, rich body. My group also ordered pastries including a cinnamon roll, a blueberry muffin, and a double chocolate cookie. I accidentally dropped the muffin on the floor right after ordering it, and the staff was incredibly kind and replaced it at no charge.
